Bt statement on Chris Sutton

Guess they don’t do irony. “Presenters representing a wide range…” then introduce to Shettleston Harriers. Okay then.

The guy has a conviction for spitting in someones face.

I hope Rangers release a statement reminding BT of this fact and stressing that such pundits, who have a duty to pass comment on the 'moral' aspects of the game, and Sutton certainly doesn't miss those oportunities at every given chance concerning Rangers, but not so much for everyone else, and is effectively a Rangers troll, is not welcome at Ibrox, for these reasons.

If they wish to continue to employ such questionable individuals then we shall take no lessons from them in what is right and wrong. Stay the %^*& out, and keep out.

Prior to the action getting under way, host Darrell Currie read out a statement from the company.

It read: "We have a presentation team who reflect all angles and experiences in Scottish football but who were not all provided with the necessary accreditation at Ibrox today.

"We will not be forced to split a team of professionals behind and in front of screen.

"The only way to provide viewers with the continuity of coverage across tonight’s two matches featuring Celtic and Rangers was to set up a studio elsewhere."

Currie then welcomed studio guest Stiliyan Petrov before welcoming "the elephant in the room, Chris Sutton."
So who is their Rangers representation?

How ironic, the mhedia referring to an elephant in the room in Scottish fitba.
Better be careful the elephant doesn’t trip over the big lump under the carpert.

Would gladly never hear that d1cks opinions on anything again. The club have my full support on this so drawing attention to it more than likely is music to the ears of a vast percentage of their fee paying audience.

Dead easy solution to all of this, don’t allow BT sports into the stadium again, and let them do their coverage from the midden if they so wish. If they want to be rattler cucks, that’s their business but they can’t stop showing live footage of our matches no matter how much they want to defend a supposed outspoken arsehole like Sutton.

Sutton is a wanker, a disingenuous and condescending prick who shouldn’t be within 5 miles of our stadium, so I for one am glad he’s not there.

Very telling in their statement that they mention the manks first, that tells you all you need to know.

Making sure they’ve got celtc in the seating behind Ally. Maybe if they stopped their pettiness everybody could be a bit more professional.

Really couldn’t care less where bt have to set up their team, fair play to the club sticking to their guns

%^*& Petrov and %^*& Sutton.
Petrov as a pundit is good he's been very complimentary towards us and is professional same with Mjallby when he done our games. Sutton the complete opposite and have no issue with him banned.

Currie stood said nothing whilst Sutton started the pantomime stuff with Pedro up in Dingwall so BT can have no complaints with how they're treated by the club.

Only thing I feel bad about is McCoist and Weir having to sit in that shit hole instead of seeing the game live.
