Hes becoming a massive player for us. I can imagine he's everything a Dutch manager would love to have in his side. Great touch, eye for a pass and a goal and doesn't shy out from a tackle.

Looks like they’ve been focusing on his finishing. Polish that up and Joe could be a multi million pound player with a very successful career at a top European club.
