Stewart Robertson replies - club doesn’t set the rules. Club has. A duty to stand up for their wishes but also have a safety certificate we have to meet. Lots of discussion but we have to comply with regulations as they are. Can understand you point but one of many opinions.

John Bennet - bit of both. £3.5m issued as new shares. No new security against updated numbers. £13million in new loans - not secured. Lowest coupon club has paid. Now 6% close Bros was 9% and Dave King 8%

Other interest approaches are interesting - one recent offer was at 13%
Cost of funding driven down.
Others want a lot more security and higher coupon.

David Gerguson from Renfrew - ticket office shut - difficulty in getting in touch with anyone at the club. Only slo guy replies. Is new customer service officer online yet.
Robertson - shambles v Malmo. Chromed service agents and customer service manager in three weeks now. Top of list to improve. Customer service was not good enough.
Bisgrove - brough in david and team and 90% of questions responded to in same day. Ticket software needs improved.

Charlie Murray, Linwood - three years ago made same statement - disabled facilities are a disgrace for club of our status. Sight lines are terrible due to camber on pitch. Open to the elements. So bad some leave early or don’t take up seats if heavy rain anticipated. We want to boast Simply The Best facilities for the s disabled.

I’d assume he is confident he’ll manage it, so I don’t suppose he’s bothered if you doubt he’ll be able to do it.
It’s their job to run the club properly. If he’s bullshitting us, I want to know.
