Our absolute inability to cross a fu..ckin ball is seriously grating on me and the lack of drive or forward thinking is non existent as well as the defence being howlin. What the f..ck was Goldson doing? You would see that kind of defending at Amateur level..

Not one player wants to try something different or take a man on, its like they are all too scared to lose the ball so take the easy 5 yard pass option..
Gerrard cant do much with the lack of ability of the players but has to take some responsibility with his team selections..

I don’t think it’s a lack of respect. Who wouldn’t respect Gerrard? I think it’s the fact they can’t produce consistent results and are in fact average players, many of them anyway (e.g Goldson, Ejaria, Middleton, Coulibaly, Jack).
55 died today. We need to take a different approach to the rest of the season. Gerrard playing football manager and replacing 6 players for a crucial league game is amateur hour.

I love Gerrard but he really needs to pick his best defence and stick with it. What other team in Europe right now changes their defence as much as we do, probably none.

The goal we lost was ridiculous but we had 80 mins to beat a team who are bottom of the league and went down to 10 men,and we never looked like doing it.There is a lot more wrong with this team than just The defence

Spot on Goldson and Katic were playing well together once that partnership was broken up things started going wrong a good centre half pairing should play together every game unless they play poorly which they hadn’t sill baffled by changes in central defence

words fail me , we had four wingers on the park and two overlapping full backs , every cross went right down the keepers throat . The 2 centre halfs are rank rotten the opposition have worked us out let the centre backs or the 2 holding mids have the ball and its easy .

Not for a second excusing that performance today. It was shit and not good enough.
However, we should have been coming out in the second half to play against 10 men whilst 2-1 up. There was only going to be one winner then. We were fucking cheated by officials yet again.
Right now we are hitting a slump. It happens to every single team during a season. Its a time to hold our nerve, see it out, strengthen if we can in January and then go again. The fucking clowns wanting to rip it up yet again at christmas need their heads examined. The worst possible thing we can do now is get on the back of the players and manager. There's a clue in the term "supporter".
