Stats don’t lie. Compare our stats to Savile FC!!! No doubt we’re being reffed to a different standard as well as being cited by the Tim CO.

They continue to be much cleverer than us with the referees though.

They’re go in groups to apply pressure on the refs after challenges go against them or fouls aren’t given, while we just sit on our hands and take it all.

We don’t deserve a lot while we remain so placid both on and off the park.

Fair point but the media itself went into overdrive on Beaton, it was relentless .

That just wouldn't have happened on our behalf.

Ffs chill out, its a discussion board not a dictatorship. Every poster is a allowed an opinion even if it goes against the status quo.
Its far too common on here to hear people abusing other poster for differing opinions and its people like that that are the real idiots in our support not the ones with their own free mind
 
Another challenge is that the other clubs in the league don't want it to change. They are more than happy living in Celtic's slipstream, fueled by sheer hatred of us.
The game today is a prime example of that, the sheep fans were consigned to defeat (and not even that bothered by it) and are Just happy they've made a semi final at hampden to collect their cash. It's utterly pathetic.
 
I don't think that this matter is any longer subject to mere opinion.
I think it can now confidently be concluded through a study of the available evidence.
This evidence is statistically beyond debate.

Anyone who defies the logic of this evidence-based conclusion is either at it, grossly stupid a tim plant or perhaps even all three.

Referees don’t need much encouragement to send players off against the filth in difficult games, whilst they continue to enable our opponents to boot us all over the place without punishment. It’s blatant cheating and guys like Clancy and Thomson are now masters of it.

I won’t even go into the double standards with regards to what is seen as a red card offence for our players and their players as it’s been widely discussed on here over the season.

Yes we haven’t been good enough when it’s mattered this season but we have a massive job on our hands trying to overhaul the refereeing corruption that we face.

The scary thing is it is only going to get worse as that mob go for 9 and possibly 10.

Been saying this for ages and is exactly my thoughts. People saying the sheep had a chance today, not only are they piss poor but their usual constant fouling against us doesn’t apply to the scum cos referees punish other teams vs scum but never against us - the Statistics are there for all to see.

The replay vs Sheep was as big and blatant a one sided refereeing display, same vs Hibs. Morelos booked for diving when wrong decision yet their players assault ours with no repercussions.

And all they need do is give every 50/50 decision against us and for them and they will have the media and the governing bodies backing . The recent game at the Chamber is a case in point
 
Definitely. One thing I notice is that many of the suspect refs give the opposition soft free kicks in forward areas where they can pump in high balls into the box.
 
Unless we sort out the anti Rangers bias among refs then we will never win the league - but refs are the symptom, the cause is the main stream media and their anti Rangers anti Protestant community agenda. That is the real problem we must sort out.
 
Every body that follows Scottish football no matter the team they support knows this . Obviously it suits the agenda of most teams and fans in this sad wee country.
 
It's not even really a debate. The evidence is there in so many games these past two seasons especially. And the compliance officer stats are shocking too.

If we turn several of our draws into victories, the refs don’t matter so much.

Craig Thomson is amongst the worst offenders, yet he has sent off 6 Motherwell players in the last 2 seasons, a catalogue of horrendous decisions against them, does that mean Motherwell are being reffed to a different standard to all the rest?

We laughed hysterically at the mhanks when they claimed conspiracies galore, just a massive coincidence that it happened when we were racking up trophy after trophy.
 
I won't blame it all on referees etc because we can be our own worst enemy at times. But, of course we are. The fact the referees single out Morelos pre match along with every decision against us / for them, proves it.

It's corrupt, it's blatant cheating, but our club are too weak to stand up and fight it so it will continue to happen.

Several of ours wins have been turned into draws due to refereeing decisions. That cannot be denied.

You carry on with your head in the sand though. The Mhanks are where they are due to their campaigns.
 
For about the 20th time this season.

Us not being good enough and being refereed to a different standard are not mutually exclusive positions.

FWIW there are 3 types of refereeing to my eyes:

How the scum are officiated.
How the other 10 are officiated.
How Rangers are officiated.

We are going to have to be considerably better than the scum to make up for the decisions they get that we don't.
