Ruling On Latest Fat Mike Court Case – Still Waiting...

Is it only today it’s been in darkness? Or has it been opened during the week? Tbh that’s what I was thinking,it’s closed due to close season. Is a bit of a coincidence though.

Surely FF must have an auntie working in the place to get inside info :D

Opening times are stipulated on the doors or windows normally, any changes would or should be put up, like due to a bereavement, sickness or permanent closure notice. The fact the shop has closed in haste, tells us, ah feck knows.

This may be unrelated, however on 21st May 2019 Companies House served notice on Rangers Retail Limited that the company was going to be struck off the register and the company would be dissolved "unless cause is shown to the contrary".

Today it has been announced that action has been suspended, no further details available as the document has not been processed yet.

Again, this may be unrelated and without further details it is not possible to draw any reasonable conclusions.

I'm throwing this in with no proof whatsoever, being in the dark like everyone else. Could we have got rid of him and the price is Morelos to Newcastle ?

Was that the joint venture with the fat miser?

Yes, however it effectively wasn't required when the previous 7 year deal was cancelled. Which is presumably why it was just left to die.

It is confusing that it now seems to be being kept.

£15-£20m to get rid of the fat lady's front bottom? Not a chance there would a riot amongst the support even before we get to Stevie G.

This puzzle is coming together, fat man has possible moved out the megastore, the previous joint retail venture maybe about to be restarted. Rangers takeover the megastore sell all the new Hummel stock and Ashley gets his slice of all the sales? Could we live with that if it stops all litigation and is time limited to say, 5 years?

this could be HM Revenue & Customs stopping the strike off as the company still has outstanding CT600’s to submit.

Love a good old FF detective story. Hopefully we are indeed seeing the last of the fat horrible bastard that is Mike Ashley. Can’t help but feel it’s like one of those threads when the scum are getting beaten and we all gloat... then in the 97th minute either the Celtic supporting ref, linesman or players in the opposition gives it away and they pull another dodgy result out the bag.

The initial fear that I had.
Sounds like bad news surely?

Hints that Ashley will remain involved?

Surely if Rangers Retail is Ashleys then we've won...?

Company strike off, also referred to as Dissolution, is the process by which a Limited Company is removed from the register by Companies House. The processes effectively marks the company as non-existent for all intent and purpose. You 'Strike Off' a company using form DS01.

This is my thinking.

Yes but the strike off action has been suspended according to that post so sounds like he's sticking around.
