Glaswegian Loyal will be running buses from Lisbon to Oporto. And Amsterdam to Rotterdam (Feyenoord)

We are doing lisbon to Stansted then to glasgow mate.

Lisbon to London- ryanair 2pm
London to Glasgow- easyjet 9pm

Something like that.

Cheers mate working out just over £200 atm but I’d rather pay just slightly more than 4 airports in a day for morning to night especially after 3 days on it.

Done Vienna-Barcelona-Edinburgh on the Friday after the game leaving the apartment with 2 hours sleep and a 9 hour wait in Barcelona it was honestly hell.

Amsterdam, a silly amount. Anyone travelling to Rotterdam without a ticket is an idiot in all honesty.
I think most folk without a ticket will be travelling for the atmosphere before hand, and watch the game somewhere in the dam.

Only one thing for it on the Friday mate :D

Time will the buses be leaving?
Interested if we’re spending the day in Rotterdam with the rest of the bears.

I think it’s a case of straight to the game mate, I’m sure that’s what was said earlier in the thread.

Chances of picking up a spare ticket in porto? Booked up now to go to Lisbon, out on the wednesday back friday

We are on the 6.30am flight from lisbon on the Friday some Portuguese company to Manchester.

The Metro closes at 01:00 so if the bus isn't back in time anyone up for sharing a cab to the airport to make this flight?

TAP Air Portugal have a flight to Manchester Friday morning. Train to Glasgow direct from Manchester Airport.

Cheers mate will pass details on to my mate who’s still to book them.

Just be a bit of a pain in the arse way our bags as we are staying in Barcelona on the Tuesday fly to Porto on Wednesday and be a bit of a pain carrying luggage and wait on the Glaswegian bus on the Thursday to hopefully get our bags on.

We need to do something though to get home.

You got a hotel for the Thursday night we aren’t bothering.

Sure we can sort something out so we all get back to the airport the cheapest way possible.

No hotel, might grab a beer then a few hours kip at the airport

Any suggestions for flights home from Lisbon on Friday to either Edinburgh or Glasgow?

Mate was supposed to book them on Friday as I done the out bound ones and he’s not bothered.

Unreal the flight I had told him to book from Porto-Dublin-Glasgow was only £42 probably sold out now or a silly price.

Would be willing to go from Lisbon just don’t fancy sitting in an airport for 10 hours after 3 heavy days on the bevvy, but it might be the only option.
We are flying on the Friday - 11:40 Porto to London City then 15:25 London City to Edinburgh

Booked it soon as the dates were confirmed but flights are still available at around £240 now.

@steincolin we are booked on the Amsterdam to Feyenoord buses. What time do you reckon the buses will be leaving Amsterdam to head to the game?

I was told around 4ish mate. Which makes sense as Feyenoord stadium is 1 hour 30mins travel from Amsterdam, plus the likelihood of traffic and parking buses etc.

17:55 ko uk time mate, 18:55 over there.
I think it’s a sensible move just doing our drinking in the dam and heading down there in time for kick off. Really looking forward to it.

Ah, makes more sense now. Definitely better staying in Amsterdam.

We’re playing in Rotterdam though mate we should be taking the place over and sticking together not leaving the ones that are there early to the wolves.

Thomas Cook will no doubt be running day trips to this so there will be somewhere safe for fans to drink in Rotterdam.

I wasn’t there in 2002 mate, but I can see why folk are swerving it.
I hope the club run an official day trip right enough, as they will have to ensure the safety of our fans in Rotterdam, which will help the sports options travellers and independent travels going that way.
But I feel Amsterdam will be a better laugh than the pick nick benches that were organised in Poland.

How long is the journey?
Doesn't sound like it leaves much time in porto to soak it up.

Just under 3 hours to Porto from Lisbon, if leaving 5 hours before kick off it gives us 2 hours in porto before the game, have a few cold ones on the bus ;)
