They don't want to reconcile with Rangers. It's about time they were told they are not welcome in our ground under any circumstances. Fcuk their highlights package. It would appear the BBC have fucked any chance of reconciling with the club now!
Well in Rangers. Get after them!
maybe they will, but imo that kinda stuff needs to stay private until an action is broughtGood response. But surely they should be threatening legal action? Especially with the long list of incidents of slander against us.
the club shouldn't stoop to demanding an apology/retraction this is not the subject matter to argue over with stuff like this, their well toned statement implies the bias without actually saying it, we as fans should be content with how the club is handling it, because of course all focus should be on the victim(s)Problem here now is that suddenly we’re the focus of abuse.
Daly leads with his piece that infers there was other crimes committed by Neely and contends we covered them up.
The club are then dutybound to respond, which they have done, and that will now form the basis of tomorrow’s print as this is dragged out for as long as they can to instil the belief that we were also involved with abuse and covering it up and ensuring the spotlight is diverted away from the Beasts.
The club should be demanding a retraction of certain elements of Daly’s piece as well as an apology from him and the BBC.
The people at stv must have seen this for what it is and dont see a story in it as I have no doubt they would have reported on it.Interesting to note that STV late news haven’t even mentioned it. It’s so obvious BBC really hate Rangers and will big up every negative news story.
What else you expecting at this stage ?
Nothing seems to satisfy you about our club.
Things will going on behind the scenes.
You want all the hands dealt early ?
Incase anyone has missed the added final paragraph.
'Ridiculous claims of a cover up against those seeking to deal with such matters in a sensitive manner suggests sensationalism and in this instance point to a desire to attack Rangers as being more important to those reporting these horrific incidents than looking after the victims of abuse.’
It's like a kid giving it aye but he did it too so why should I get all the blamemake the BBC apologise , horrible, they must have something on celtic but before they can report on them , they are trying to soften the blow by reporting on us
Time to get on the offensive with this scum. Delighted the club is biting back for a change. They don't want to build any bridges with us so we shouldn't bother anymore.
What? ReallyThe best way to shut all these anti rangers establishments is to start winning trophies and i cant wait for it to happen

Hope that the Club is just starting with this "response" and that there's alot more to come from them, much stronger with perhaps just a hint of menace of legal action against Daly himself but also his employers ,there are 2 witnesses to what went on at that time I hope the club will be contacting both of them to inform them what has been written and the reply given ,they might want to take civil action against the aforementioned culprits
It's being sent to media organisations who have asked the club to comment.

Absolutely, very surprised it took 4 pagesTime to sue these scumbags
If its the same victim, his father was a policeman, and he was informed by the club of the allegation against Neely. For the BBC then to infer that the police weren't told is blatantly a lie.
Shouldn't the boy's father have contacted police irrespective of Rangers?
This is the bit I don't understand.
