He killed the guy. A jury will decide of it was deliberate or not and to what extent. Yet your questioning me?
No, he's not actually GUILTY of killing anyone. Despite being charged, this means nothing. You're confused. If you require any advice on how the law and criminal justice system works let me know. It's actually not that difficult to be fair. Example. Individual is charged. Case to the Crown or CPS. Indictment. Jury trial and or summary court in front of a sheriff. Guilty or Not Guilty in England. Not proven as a wee extra in Scotland and there you go. Easy as that.
