Of course not, but that’s because it wasn’t aimed at offending tims. We are and always have been fair game. That wont change till the club actively challenge it every time it appears, which is something they have never done under any regime in the last 20 odd years
 
The tims will kill the game up here (if they haven't already ready) by taking all the fun out of football. It was them that started the tit for tat reporting back in the 00's when ever we played away in Europe and we've had to follow suit. They really are vermin.

This notion that Rangers are rolling over without a whimper is plain fucking stupid. The statement about the charges from the scum game was spot on insofar as it invited the SFA and the media to dig a bigger hole for themselves. They've both obliged.

Genuine question - what are they questioning? Nothing Boyd said was inaccurate at all.
 
Deflection from celtic. Let them howl and take their eyes off the ball while we concentrate on winning games and the title. The more they blame others the better for us. Boyd is right about griffiths and if they are expecting a sustained contribution from him then they will be looking back lamenting performances when the clues were right there. Looking at it from their perspective maybe they hope that by publicly backing him he will feel valued again and knuckle down. A turnaround in his professionalism is still a bit away once again proven by his behaviour in midweek. It is also a lennon trait to try to instill a siege mentality to the squad. The problem he has is that they haven't the heart he needs. They're not hardened fighters and never will be. Griffiths is more likely to let you down than not therefore I welcome his involvement.
 
This will be nothing more than a PR statement to appease the hordes.

What do they actually think Sky are going to say and what do they honestly think that Boyd said so wrong that makes this worthwhile.

It's just lip service to cover the decline in the team and win back the fans trust after what is shaping up to be a very mediocre bizarre window for them.
 
Basically their complaint must be that he was criticised and you can't criticise a Celtic player? As his comments were far from over the top.

It won't happen but I would like Sky to report on the news channel that they have complained about Boyd. Show what he said and have one of their more outspoken "respected" English summarisers comment and laugh about how pathetic they are.

Show that throughout the day.
 
Where’s the follow up to our statement of last weekend ?

Will Rangers ever realize we are in a media war here and join in or are we going to keep playing second fiddle with toothless statements that lose all momentum because we never act on them.

Sky are as hard nosed businessmen as I’ve ever met. They will see this as much needed publicity for their Scottish football coverage, and tell Boyd to crack on.

As for Celtics behaviour, as ever it is crass and as subtle as the proverbial flying mallet. No way should Rangers lower ourselves to that level. That’s where our PR should come in with calm, dignified (yes, dignified) short accurate statements based early entirely on fact, setting out the Rangers position. That’s a much more skilled PR approach than that shower sending out a load of bullshit on every occasion.

Our board need to be more proactive but not like this. Celtic are making an arse of themselves - they don't even have anything to complain about.

Our board's ignoring the Morelos situation is bordering on disgusting though. Our player has been hounded and abused by the media for weeks with not a peep from the club. That is not on.

It's has to be said that they don't phuck about, the message being sent out loud and clear is don't mess with us. Compare and contrast with the attacks on Alfie by Sutton, Harston, Leckie and so on. Most on here wanted the sun banned but we're still waiting. We may have caught them on the park but we've a long way to go at this sort of thing.
 
I reckon Boyd will get the sack for this.

They've only put out a statement so that Griffiths doesn't get punished though. Nothing surer.

It's a never-ending stream of complaints mate. Let them do the moaning. I don't think we should go public often. Look at the incidents complained about on here every week. It is never-ending crap, concentrate on professionalism, performances and winning games only, then celebrate like never before the title coming home. I think our focus is good, keep it that way.

if the fans of sweep sweep fc have complained so much on social media etc and it’s managed to get though to the directors of bheast fc,to the point that these scumbags can officially complain to the hand that feeds them, then why can we as a support and fanbase do the same?
Why can’t we complain so much that the directors of our club get wind of it, summon the courage to then bring out a statement that absolutely rips these clowns to shreds for being a) the biggest hypocrites this game has ever seen, b) being the most offended club and fanbase in the world and c) for being the scummiest club in the world for having the knowledge of their youth coaches and staff members being involved in the biggest paedophile ring this sport has ever seen, and the biggest cover up this country has ever seen.

One ex-Rangers player speaks out and they want him removed. Charlie Nicholas has criticised Griffiths too
 
Got to always portray themselves as victims. No one made Griffiths throw the tape. Boyd is one of the few pundits on the air of Scottish football that isn't one of them or has a clear preference for them and they hate that they cant control him and the message he sends he was spot on about Griffiths and they rushed to shout about mental health when Boyd was talking about him as far back as 2016



Andy Walker still has a job after saying Boyd was loving the sectarian abuse he was getting from their lot so if that's allowed Boyd shouldn't even be getting close to being in trouble.
 
Trying to intimidate folk again. They are at least consistent. in their world we would be firing off complaints about walker, sutton etc every week. Thankfully we are not as pathetic.
