Here we are again in the exact situation we find ourselfs in, Yes Goldson has been fantastic all season but yet again in a masssive must win game against one of our biggest opposition, he gifts them the ball back out of nowhere and they score, this is why it is such a debate with him because he has done this on so many occasions that you question if he is reliable enough for us to be able to win the league, Davie weir, Cuellar, Bougherra... never did you see this players make so many mistakes in such big games...

Add in the fact that up the other end we have so many players that fail to take chances when needed and it’s not just goals it costs us but points. Every season under Gerrard is the same now - you look back at games that we’ve dropped points in and it’s crap like today that’s been the cause of it. It’s painful.

We know the officials are a joke, but we should be taking the effect of their decisions away by doing the job on the pitch. We should have scored 5 today. Do that and the ref is irrelevant.
