When it matters this sides bottle crashes.

The same guys who swag around when we are comfortably up against jobbers or come off the back of a good result in Europe are the same players who completely crumble in games in which there are moments where you have to face adversity.

Goldson when it’s going well looks good, assured and he lets everyone know about it. When he faces pressure? Total goes to pieces.

Tav as well, was flying then as soon as we started to feel the pinch, he was doing his usual in that he was loosing his footing slipping around like Bambi on ice. The floating crosses when he feels the pressure are not helpful to say the least.

Davis and Arfield also just seem to go totally in their shell at the first opportunity.

Fans on here were gloating about our clean sheet record, how the bheats are leaking goals and that they are “utter shite”. Well they are about to sit top of the league and have a game in hand to go a few points clear.

We are miles off this and unless we recruit some seriously good footballers in the next few weeks, then we all know how this movie ends.

Realistically, that was our first big test since Pittodrie.

Slightly galling that we've failed it. But yesterday all I read on this forum was how we were going to rip the mentally challengeds apart in a month, because they conceded two goals v Livingston.

We now have no margin for error before that Old Firm game. Infact we can't afford a loss there either. Once the mentally challengeds get to 4, 5 points ahead as the nights start drawing in....then yeah, thats the same pish different season.

And honestly, Europa League can GTF. Even if we get through on Thursday, it's not worth anymore injuries.

Hard to argue with the OP. That was the first big domestic test of the season and yet again we failed to get the job done. No doubt there will be comforting excuses made by many posters but the bottom line is that we have too many results of this nature.

Celtic aren’t top of the league. We are.

When it matters, competent officials would have disallowed their goal and we’d have won.

That mob get refereeing decisions to award them wins, we get decisions to take points away. Simple as that.

When it matters we have to take game changing chances. Arfield and Kent squandered game winning chances.

That lot drop points against Killie, takes us a week for us to do the same, they go level with us at the top of the table the very next day more dropped points. It's just taking the piss how quickly this team drop points at the first hint of being in a fight

The same movie is unfolding before our eyes again sadly. Another tough away match next week then a trip to the piggery. Chances are we will be at least 5 points behind (or the equivalent of with their games in hand) by the time we leave the piggery.

We have not had a good start to the season domestically IMO. Winning the home games was a given. Played 4 away games and dropped points in 2 of them. Not title winning form by any means.

You can call it defeatist reactionary whatever you like, but anyone that knows football and has watched this Rangers team over the last 3 years will know we aren’t capable of winning the league.

It’s the same type of fixture and the same mistakes we make over and over again. We don’t learn. Tricky away games, where we don’t take chances to finish teams off and then make inexplicable mistakes. It’s part quality but a big part bottle.

You’ll just get a lot of crap about panty wetting in spite of the fact we’ve seen it all before with this team, as though clapping along and telling yourself we’ll do it will actually make a difference.

I mean there’s no fans now either so that’s one common excuse down the shitter.

Arfield was game mate, couple of saves from Marciano who we know is a very decent keeper.
Rangers as a team need to be lethal, if the first shot doesn’t go in the rebound does.
Rangers just don’t seem to want to eradicate teams from existence. This is what we must hammer into them. WATP

I dont blame the manager at all but cant help feel there is some truth to the OP.

What about us missing 4 sitters we can’t get a run of 7/8/9 wins together it’s bottle mentality anything you like
