Big Marv came to south Lanarkshire college a few years back for some promotional thing and I got to meet him. Even as a 30 year old at the time I was coy in asking him for a pic, I said “ sorry to bother you big man but any chance of a photo?” He replied “of course my brother” and gave me the biggest bear hug! I felt a million dollars for the rest of the day.
