he's aged, looks like he is ready to get his bus pass out of his pocket and go and collect his old age pension.

I had high hopes that somebody with prior managerial experience could help Murty.
I now think Murty is beyond help.
In fairness you could say the same of Smith, Heynkes and number of other top Managers. He shouldn’t be there long term but better than Murty til the end of the season.he's aged, looks like he is rerady to get his bus pass out of his pocket and go and collect his old age pension.
I strongly doubt the next guy will want him.Jimmy is a true blue and a true gent. hopefully the next guy gets more out him

We haven't even had anyone out on the pitch at half-time at Ibrox for weeks. It's been highly noticeable how little there is going on in terms of drills, etc during the break.
Jimmy is a.true blue our manager is anything but.Jimmy’s highly valued as a number 2 everywhere else he’s been and certainly with Northern Ireland.
The most important post by some distance is of course the manager, and if there are major flaws there the number 2 doesn’t stand much of a chance of changing anything.
football is not about being a good guy, it's a results driven industry and Murty has failed to live up to the standards that is required of a Rangers manager
