Would lying about a tour of Japan, as an excuse to dis-advantage another Sottish team in a European Final (and their pursuit of a League Title) not be a breach of the above Rules?

It has to be in a proper court of law where the rules of full disclosure should guarantee access to all documentation and as a bonus all Scottish football teams are excluded from European football.
