You sound like a man in the know.Ive just renewed online paid in full.Do you receive an email confirming your season ticket renewal?I can’t remember if I did or didn’t last year.Thanks for any info in advance.

Reason I ask I received an email confirmation when I joined the myGers but not when I renewed my season ticket.

Thanks in a panic I started a thread about this and another member said his email confirmation took almost a week to come through.Relaxed a bit but will keep watching for the email.Cheers for the reply.

It’s the principle of the matter for me and how the club dealt with this scenario

If the terms and conditions of season tickets stated no refunds were applicable then the club should have been open about that when making the voucher available.

It would certainly have saved a lot of confusion.
