Belter and I will be purchasing one at some point
Disagree on this occasion. All of our sponsors agreed not to be featured. I would prefer Castore not to be on there either or, if they insist, for them to be embossed in white and therefore less intrusive.I mean unless we start producing kits in house you aren’t going to have a kit without a manufacturer logo on it ever.
That’s kind of what these companies are paying clubs for.
Poor Davo - covered in mahogany varnish for the launch!
Still smart.I like the strip too, but you're right about the crest on the shorts. I noticed that. They're described as having the 150th anniversary crest, but they don't. It's the regular scroll crest.
Its too late, unfortunately.I like it, but the Castore logo bothers me though. Could they not have had just the badge. Maybe move the Castore logo somewhere else, bottom corner perhaps? Or just the inside label.
I'd imagine this would be the case mate.Hopefully be able to get it without the sponsorship badges all over it.
photo was taken in 1876, and the kit/uniform was borrowed from a rowing club.50/50 so far. Would have loved a take on the Gallant Pioneers top.
Can anyone confirm this shirt was indeed a take on what was worn that debut season ?
My wife's first response too. "it'll get ruined wont it?" not in its frame over looking my desk it wont, says meCan't be wearing that when having spaghetti for dinner.
Assuming there was any thought to a team "uniform" look then, there would be a pretty decent chance that it would mostly be white shirts - as a full Victorian suit would be a little impracticalThe boys played their first few games in their civvies.
The first strip we registered was a royal blue jersey, white shorts and blue and white hooped socks.
Either that or Castore's manufacturing is still the same standardDo you know why the buttons are to the side ? Part of the original kit ?
Cheers mate. I take it you are normally a medium in normal t shirts etc?I've got the home in a medium and it just fits like any other top tbh
Absolutely hate them old style tops, didn't like the 2011 top and I don't like this one. Not for me, but each to their own.
Give us peace man, it’s where manufacturers logos go.I like it, but the Castore logo bothers me though. Could they not have had just the badge. Maybe move the Castore logo somewhere else, bottom corner perhaps? Or just the inside label.
what a twatSomeone on Twitter put this fucking weapon straight.

Wide angle camera as didn’t want to do a photoshoot in the middle of the shop. That being said, they are a touch shorter than I thought they’d be given my size.Hope that's just the angle of the picture but it looks awfully short. No ones that shape surely?
Yet it was never our strip. Most distinctive part of the Gallant Pioneers jersey in the famous image?
The star.
What do they omit from the Gallant Pioneers commemorative jersey?
The star.
Makes perfect sense, doesn't it?
Except most fans are happy so you’re talking absolute shite, away and cry into a pillow.Sorry but castore have ripped the absolute piss out of fans this year with their attempts at 150 anniversary tops. An average home top, one of the worst away tops I’ve ever seen, a monstrosity of a 3rd top then this glorified polo shirt. Not even close to the first shirt worn by RFC. The fan mock ups have literally all been better than anything castore have produced. We should have been given 4 of the best ever produced Rangers tops this season, that all took inspiration from classic tops in our history and instead we have been served up this absolute dung. I held back this post in case the 4th top was an absolute screamer and I’d have given castore a bit of credit but no. Another bang average top a million miles away from what most of the fans were crying out for.
Might not be any moreIs the blue retro top still on sale? Can't find it anywhere.
Do they all say Peter Campbell on the inside neck?

You do understand that the club get cash for sales and have a say what gets put out? Only on FF can variety of choice be a negative. You don’t have to buy everythingSorry but castore have ripped the absolute piss out of fans this year with their attempts at 150 anniversary tops.
