About 100 concept kits based on the Gallant Pioneers top have appeared online over the years
Every single one has included the star with a Rangers RFC incorporated into it.
All hopelessly misguided in your view. Hmm.
If only you'd be there to tell them only Clyde Rowing Club have exclusive rights to use of the 6 pointed star...
"add ons"I like it. Bought one this morning. These will sell in huge numbers with Christmas around the corner. Just hope we have a good deal with Castore in terms off add ons to the lump sum based on sales.
aye nice one mateI see it's on SD site pre-order £59.99
Still won't buy from there, wife's getting me it as anniversary gift from rangers storeaye nice one mate
appreciated
considering this is a 150th anniversary top we should have kept it in house with only castore selling it the fact that fat khunt is cheaper makes a mockery of rangersI see it's on SD site pre-order £59.99
Rangers make more he makes less, where's the mockery?considering this is a 150th anniversary top we should have kept it in house with only castore selling it the fact that fat khunt is cheaper makes a mockery of rangers
We are the only club who's product he, consistently, undercuts. Its not by accident.I see it's on SD site pre-order £59.99
that fact hes cheaperRangers make more he makes less, where's the mockery?
To be fair, I know people have had issues but my brother and I have upwards of 20 tops between us, with absolutely no issues at all.
Up to him but the club still profit via Castore for units sold. Fatso isnt making much as no-one buys from him. Nothing to get angry about tbhthat fact hes cheaper
he should be told to at least keep it the same price
Once he’s bought the stock he can do what he wants, spiteful wankthat fact hes cheaper
he should be told to at least keep it the same price
Yes mate, all kits and training tops have embroidered crests and Castore logos.is the badge and castore logo stitched
Thats price fixing and illegal. We can set a RRP, the retailer can sell it at whatever price they want, it's a free market. Ashley does this all the time, Adidas try to restrict what stock he gets because he discounts so much and his brand doesn't fit with theirs, they cant stop him selling it at whatever price he wants though.that fact hes cheaper
he should be told to at least keep it the same price
It’s an absolute stunner no matter what anyone says to do it downThis place is tragic, grown men devastated about a star, from a kit we have never used no less, its probably the same nutters who moan about the 5 stars on our kits.

Funny how when folk post a dissenting opinion on social media they are "outraged", "in meltdown", "devastated".You’re just point blank refusing to get the point here aren’t you? The star is not and was never a Rangers crest.
The concept kits were exactly that, people just making them up for the sake of it. We’ve had concept kits with 3 stripes down the side, does that mean they should have been included in this year’s kits?
If you don’t like the kit, don’t buy it but spare us the star outrage and do a bit of research.
...they had no money or kits, not even a sockWhere's the bloody socks.....
Snap, you are me.Too old and pot bellied for strips now but that has just been purchased, cracking top, love the off centre button up.
Quandary is whether to keep it pristine or to wear it?
Snap, you are me.
I’m sure it normally opens at 10I go on holiday tomorrow, what are the chances of me getting one tomorrow at 9 from the store.
Heehaw, hehaw. I think it opens at 10 mateI go on holiday tomorrow, what are the chances of me getting one tomorrow at 9 from the store.
Own rights to a 6 point star? Na no havn thatThat's right mate. I wasn't aware of this but I searched the Gallant Pioneers picture and they are indeed to the side.
Would have loved the star too but I'm presuming that Clyde ARC would own and therefore require some sort of cut of the sales. Just my own thoughts though.
Yeah me too, may break from tradition of past 20 odd years.I may break with my general that im too old for football tops rule here But only to have it as memorabilia, still not a fan of castore and their ubiquitous logo / domineering over every rangers product
They're still asking that question over at KDS about their kit released in May. No-one has confirmed, unlikely to.Lovely top and I’m buying it even though I don’t wear strips anymore.
Anyone washed it yet?
I know, but I can see why they've chosen its design minus the star, since the original match kit was just a plain blue jersey. Easier to market this one as different and unique I suppose. You need to go see the founders trail. There is no proof this shirt was ever worn in an actual match.
It made me remember to book a dentist appointmentGordon Ramsay will love it.

£1 a button is outrageous. Absolutely raging.£3 dearer that the other tops is taking the mick mind you
I agree, long sleeve will look so much betterI love it, my only slight critique is it is short sleeved, anyone any ideas if a long sleeved version will be forthcoming.
