Sassuolo drew 1-1 after battering Bologna & Hickey was red carded.

Parma currently lead 2-0 with ex Cardiff striker Cornelius scoring.

All set for the Milan derby at 2.

Huge call by Conte to start Eriksen in this match, both sides at full strength so should be a cracker.

However, I expected Leao to play instead of Rebic.

Watched the first half of the Milan derby- all Inter. Just checked score there and they are now 3-0 up. Inter looking good and it looks like Conte has found a place for Eriksen and Eriksen looks like he is playing well

Inter are phenomenal, that front two are just different level.

I expect Atalanta to win later, Napoli missing quite a few players.

Always waiting on them for £90.

1-0 Atalanta, great goal.

Muriel gets to by the byline & hangs up a cross, Zapata out jumps Rui to place the header firmly into the net.

What’s your thoughts on him overall? Read an article a few months back that he’s a lot more technical and tactical than many in the UK would think
Done really well at Milan, all things considered & started very bright at Napoli but he is playing a lot more defensive system than Napoli fans are used to.

Very good tactician to be fair, he’s also had issues with the squad this season as Mertens has missed quite a bit & Osimhen is yet to get firing. Oh, and Koulibally has missed a chunk

Won Napoli their first trophy in 6 years but he’s verging on the tin tac just now IMO, even though Napoli are pretty much where they should be.

It’s hard to judge him just now.

3-1 Atalanta

2nd goal (Gosens)

- Muriel goes on a run & slips Zapata in down the right hand side who passes it across from Gosens to tap in.

3rd goal (Muriel)

- wins a loose ball, drops the should & drags the ball onto his left where he rifles in from 16 yards.

Coupon up, happy days.

cracking second half

Got a real feeling Milan will start to slip down the table, Roma, Juve, Atalanta all breathing down their necks.

1-0 Juve, Ronaldo header but he’s had a howler so far.

A ridiculously long VAR check to confirm, very strange.

3-0 Juve, Ronaldo just had a decent chance for his hatrick but took a poor touch, pass could have been better though.

Cagliari gave Di Francesco a contract until 2023 a few weeks ago (after already giving him one until 2022 last December) and now he's fired.

1-0 Bologna, left back only playing because Hickey got sent off the other day with the goal.

Howler from Reina.

Big day Sunday;

Sampdoria - Atalanta 11.30am
Crotone - Cagliari 2pm
Inter - Genoa 2pm
Udinese - Fiorentina 2pm
Napoli - Benevento 5pm
Roma - Milan at 7.45pm

Some decent match-ups tomorrow.

Atalanta will be looking to push into the top 4 with a win over Sampdoria in the early game after Juve dropping points on Saturday night. There is also a fair chance of Milan and Roma potentially cancelling each other out when they play each other in the evening game which, on paper, is the pick of the fixtures in this round.

Inter, of course, will look to take advantage of the storm brewing and extend their lead at the top with a win over Genoa in one of the 2pm games.

Crotone host Cagliari in a battle at the bottom. The 3 relegation spots would appear to be pretty much spoken for at this point of the season. That said, a win for Cagliari and it maybe gives them a glimmer of hope for survival - unlikely as it may be.

Napoli host Benevento in the 5pm game. Out of the EL on Thursday there and the Coppa a distant memory now - they need to finish in the top 6 to guarantee European football. Lazio's loss on Saturday gives them a chance to move into 6th if Rino's side can get the win over their fellow Southerners (and maybe keep him in a job a wee bit longer). Not completely out of the CL places either to be fair.

Looking forward to the games today. Expecting wins for Inter and Atalanta. Hopefully Milan Roma serves up a few goals. Milan really need a win to get some momentum back as they look very much like a team on the slide.

I think Atalanta are a bit short today, Samp are a match for anyone at home on their day. Bugger all consistency but the effort with 10 men on Wed could have an impact.

A second ruled out for offside, but it was another sweeping move by Atalanta and lovely finish. They are a joy to watch when they are in full flow.

Not watching, but looking good for Inter at the moment. Need another goal though, lest they "Inter it".
Edit: literally just scored the 2nd after I posted :))

2pm results;

Crotone 0-2 Cagliari
Inter 3-0 Genoa
Udinese 1-0 Fiorentina

Cagliari put themselves 2 points from safety and things looking very grim for Crotone now.

Just over 15 minutes remaining in the Napoli - Benevento game.

Napoli 2-0 up, albeit the 2nd one could be up for debate. Pretty solid performance nonetheless.

Coming up to 15 minute mark in the Roma - Milan game. Milan really taking the game to Roma and have already had the ball in the net twice - both chalked off for offside. Zlatan missing a sitter as well.

Got this for a draw but Milan looking like winning this by at least 2 on the basis of this start.
