For NL based bears, it probably won't be a waste of time if you travel there today without a ticket and ask.

Whilst the reception won't be selling tickets, it's likely there will be some available from there. People who ordered directly from WHC Wezep have to collect their tickets at reception and there will certainly be some who either don't turn up or don't need all their tickets.

And there will be some Bears too whose mates have cancelled at the last moment.
