Anyone got a nice antepost on?
Any outside bets that anyone thinks will give us a good run for our money and an interest into March and April, even if they don't get over the line?

Looking at, but not done yet.

Derby to get relegated. 5/1
Birmingham to win the league. 2/1
Airdrie to win the league. 6/1
Killie to win without the old firm. 7/1
Monaco to win Ligue 1. 14/1
Ipswich bottom at Xmas 5/1
Doncaster to win the league 9/1
Juventus to win Serie A 7/2

League One not a league to be betting on short priced favs to win based on name/recent relegation.

You can be sure the likes of Leeds, Bolton, derby, sunderland, Sheffield weds, forest etc were all similarly priced in recent years and failed.

I can’t remember one as short as this, Derby went off about 9/2 I think.

No usually but they have spent £10m already and have plenty more to spend before the transfer window closes

I had St Mirren without the old firm last season. 33/1
Never even remotely looked a possibility.

Might do it this season again.
Can't find a price yet, but they are 11/8 to finish top six.
Definitely one for an accumulator.

Yes I did but the league cup is usually a false indicator of how a season will go. Teams playing one another at different stages of preparation. Saw some previously winning groups then fighting relegation and also teams losing to lower league and then having a good season. If McCabe gets them to top 6 the bigger teams should be in for him we

Ipswich supporting mate of mine reckons Leicester will be bottom at Christmas, due a points deduction due to FFP rules

One that stands out to me is in 3.Liga in Germany - Dynamo Dresden at 2/1 at to be Champions with bet365, they are 2/5 with Tipico in Germany - think the real price is about evens myself. Also Bielefeld at 9/1 have a decent shot I feel. Cottbus have shocked many - were over 100/1 at the start of the season, they are away to Bielefeld tomorrow and host DD next weekend.

Yankee to win the league on Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham and Port Vale. Going ok but the latter have a lot of catching up to do.

Same bet of Rangers, Airdrie, Queen of the South and East Fife not doing so well.
