Think we would have heard by now if there was any chance of it being off.
Was to give us extra time off to prepare for Lyon.We chose to reschedule a match against Gretna or something, which added to the end of season fixture log - can’t remember the reasons.
That's not good and also resembles the street at mines which was newly relaid in the last week, not one bit of drain work done though and every last one of them is blocked.
Thats wild, will cause huge delays and chaos trying to get in, the pitch isn't the issue tonight.
Coatbridge is flooded and have had Labour for decadesA decade of snp rule. Think I’ve seen them unblocking stands and drains once since they’ve been in power.
Ouch!!!!Same, backdoor is flooded
That could possibly fall under the fan safety aspect, hope it goes ahead.
That's the thing. The pitch might be in great condition but the safety of the support is also taken into consideration
I got told once by a barmaid in the old Stadium bar that it’s not rain it’s Govan sunshineIt rains every week in Scotland and we still get these threads
Don't think we'll see a particularly great game of football tonight, pitch will be very heavy.
Last time I remember it was only 20 minutes beforeThink we would have heard by now if there was any chance of it being off.
That’s my thinking, surely the call would have been made by now if it was in danger.Think we would have heard by now if there was any chance of it being off.
I can actually see that getting the game postponed because of that, the stadiums approaches should be clear and accessibleThats wild, will cause huge delays and chaos trying to get in, the pitch isn't the issue tonight.
Raw sewage??????Same, backdoor is flooded
Livingston was well before the game was due to start. The club would have tweeted an inspection was planned by now.Last time I remember it was only 20 minutes before
IbroxWhere Doc?
Of course it was a fair bit ago but did we not lose a game in 08 which added to our problems that season?
I remember another Aberdeen game called off about 30 minutes before kick off, was sitting in my seat when the decision was madeThat’s my thinking, surely the call would have been made by now if it was in danger.
Though I know there have been late call offs in the past.
Yeah I'd have thought soWho would make the decision on grounds of fan safety, is it the police?
Why do people always post this stuff, clearly the game won't be off due to a bit of rain.
Hats, flags, Snorkels!
Possibly? That could possibly fall under the fan safety aspect, hope it goes ahead.
It's not the pitch that's the main concern it's travelling that's the issue...
Yea a lot of folk don’t realise that. Finally arrived in Drumoyne after a horrendous drive from Ayrshire. Flooding everywhere. One good thing. The rain has stoppedIt's not the pitch that's the main concern it's travelling that's the issue...
“With flags and snorkels all around, al proudly sing this song. It’s the blue, blue, blue, sea of Ibrox”Hats, flags, Snorkels!
Walter died,and the heavens cried.
Was ‘93 mate, dad and I had travelled from aberdeen….a long dayI mind in the 80’s they called off a game at Ibrox against the sheep as I was walking to the stadium due to the rain, I very late call off but that was the 80’s though.
That's f.uck all. The millenial types in our support need to man up and stop going into drama overdrive.
