£7 and a great day out.Hoping to take in Pollok v Kilbirnie Ladeside. Not been to Newlandsfield for a few years, what is the entrance fee these days?
Brilliant, I'm going. Do the 'Lok fans still give opposition keepers "the treatment"?£7 and a great day out.
And the ref and the linesmen and every c@nt really.Brilliant, I'm going. Do the 'Lok fans still give opposition keepers "the treatment"?
I remember a game in the early 80s when a linesman gave the Lok fans a "Winston Churchill" style salute. Great days. And the ref and the linesmen and every c@nt really.
aye ,there's a wee group behind the goal at newlandsfield rd end of the ground that can be vocal in dishing out stick to the opposition (not just the keeper) ,our lot are a wee bit more refined and restrained (unless its arthurlie, then all bets are off )Brilliant, I'm going. Great I remember back in the 80s keepers getting absolute pelters. There was one fella from the Jewish community who was quite vociferous. Fantastic that aw the old traditions are still to the fore.aye ,there's a wee group behind the goal at newlandsfield rd end of the ground that can be vocal in dishing out stick to the opposition (not just the keeper) ,our lot are a wee bit more refined and restrained (unless its arthurlie, then all bets are off )
Wonder if they are from Newlands Bakery?Yep, Pollok. Been going quite a bit recently. Great time to be had. Great pies too

They have been the best team in the league by a county mile ,be interesting to see how they get on at a higher level especially as the boy Williamson is away to Queens Park next season, they will struggle to replicate his goalsI'm in Portugal otherwise I'd be there! There's been a decent crowd turning out this season as the support for the club grows which is great to see. Fingers crossed results go our way but its only a matter of time for Paul, Billy & the lads.

I haven't seen Mclarty play ,they aren't the most athletic playersWhat happened to the lad McLarty they signed from Port Glasgow? He's not been involved since coming in? Aye mate but the likes of Anson & Tony in midfield need to shift some pounds for next season.
Kilbirnie fans are good guysHopefully the kilbirnie fans ( sic) behave themselves

They are/were Shettleston Juniors. Ridiculous name change.Against Glasgow United? Where did they come from? And I assume Hugh Kelly who is managing them is the former Shettleston boss?
They have changed their name from shettleston to Glasgow United, no idea whyAgainst Glasgow United? Where did they come from? And I assume Hugh Kelly who is managing them is the former Shettleston boss?

Big game today.Does Bury AFC v Garstang count?
Thought the Pollok right back looked decent.3.1 the lok ,controlled 1st half , 2nd half a bit scrappy , good finish from gary mccann to finish the game
The Bellshill Young Team also sing this.Laughing at the Tranent Juniors young boys with the drum singing if ye canny do the bouncy your a Tim
Really enjoyed the game today, not been to Newlandsfield for a few years. Denied an absolute stonewall oenalty first half. Linesman was miles away from the action.Thought the Pollok right back looked decent.
Ach . . . mostly drum-beatin boisterous youth jist enjoyin' themselves (oh and smuggled in bevvy merchants) ha ha.Hopefully the kilbirnie fans ( sic) behave themselves
Decent following despite their league positionGood support through from Kilbirnie at the Pollok game.
