Noticed they seem to be flying at the minute. Won promotion into the Championship at a canter last season, then picked up wins over both Hearts & Hibs in pre season. Now sitting top of their Betfred cup group with a 6-1 win over Stirling the other day.

Wonder if they have any young players on their books worth taking a look at as they seem to be doing similar to Livi of a few seasons ago.

Sitting at 40/1 to win the Championship right now. Worth a punt?

Once SG downsizes

Quite incredible. They were in league 2 only a 3 seasons ago. They must have something very good going at the club.

To temper the expectations they lost to Montrose in a friendly after beating the Edinburgh clubs though.

Nah, think they might stay up though. They are mostly veteran experienced players, not much youth.

I'm a season ticket holder at Arbroath. We have a good settled team , lacking a wee bit quality up front.
Bobby Linn is the main creative player and we miss him badly when he has an off day or is missing.
There's definitely nobody that would make the step up to premier league teams , let alone the Gers.
Dick Campbell and his brother Ian are the best managers in Scottish lower league football.

Loss to Montrose was a rejigged side in a local derby, to an aggressive montrose team who also beat a higher league side in the league cup ...
