How do you know they have 53,000 season tickets for sure?
Just asking.

Egg Chaser McKay hinted at it before he got bagged but never actually mentioned a figure.

See they’ve published the Leverkusen attendance already (55k) but still no sign of the Ross County or Dundee Utd figures. Tells you everything you need to know about how many turned up to those games.

If they had 53k season ticket holders they would be shouting from the roof tops about it.They only make vague noises and they were supposed to have sold only 15k the day before the public sale.
It's the polar opposite from the Kelly,Whyte days when they would claim 21k and it was more like 35k.

If 15 thousand do not turn up that is 75k lost revenue each game assuming each punter spends £5 each on drinks ect.

They have never disclosed their attendances for years. I always check the Sunday papers for it. They are either embarrassed or it is a tax fiddle. Everyone else displays their attendances so why not that mhob. A club like no other indeed.

Sure that someone on here once did an FOI request to Plod for the figures as they have access to them for safety reasons.
I seem to recall that they were much less than full houses.
