International call ups it would appear. From the NIFL website last week;
"Ballymena United received a home tie against Rangers U21 but details for this game have yet to be confirmed because it is likely Rangers will have a number of players on international duty that weekend."

Shame it is day before opening group game, otherwise may have went.
Draw for next round is tomorrow. There are only 4 championship teams left; Alloa, Arbroath, ICT and Partick, so I think it has really opened up for the non Scottish sides.
I watched Formartine v Glenavon at the weekend. Very comfortable 3-0 win for Glenavon.
Some absolutely cracking flags taken with the blues fans.
