Mega bump for this thread...

Having a look at potential transfer targets this summer and looks like Mr Douglas is on the radar on a number of sites.

would we agree that Barry Douglas would be a top drawer signing at left back for us this year?
He’s a local lad, a bluenose who has dreamed of playing for Rangers all his life, has a terrific left foot and fantastic ability and would bring a winning mentality to the team?
Would he be a good signing this summer?

Depth at Left Back - Options?

Now that Halliday and Flanagan are off, we are going to need to bring in at least one left back. This is on the presumption Barisic stays but anything can of course happen. I’d bring in Barry Douglas to compete with Barisic. The Leeds move hasn’t worked out for him. Injuries haven’t helped...

I'll pass. Few issues with injuries over the last few seasons and he's suspect defensively. Big wages too.

i think if a offer comes in for borna he will want away so its about getting the right price for him but if we did move for BD i certainly wouldn't have any complaints

Wrong side of 30 so Rangers would be his last move, so no sell on fee.
Injuries and a lack if playing time.
Should be trying to get someone around 25.
I think Barasic will leave next summer at the latest.
