Looks like the most unprofessional branch of Aunty Beeb have been at it again.

Seriously, Pacific Quay needs emptied, hosed down and actually have professionals working there rather than bitter old men.

You really have to laugh at that bitter cnut Willie Miller telling anyone to get a life. This chump was tipping Aberdeen to finish 2nd a few months ago. Prick. Hearts are a bigger club than Aberdeen. I can't wait to these sheep shagging cnuts slide right down that table. It is coming.

They will be beeling that one of the old boys' club in Levein got his jotters. I don't know (or frankly care) if MacPhee is the man for the Hearts job but by all accounts he is a good coach and has had a lot to do with Northern Ireland's recent achievements.

Willie Miller telling Austin MacPhee to 'get a life' on the basis his ambition was to have Hearts in the top 3 and qualifying for the Europa League is the sort of thing you'd hear from the piss stained pub bore at the end of the bar.

It's pathetic we're forced to pay for this sort of crap.

One of the reasons the country is stuck in the footballing dark ages. I am just glad that the board have (belatedly, admittedly) taken the long-term approach and that as a result we are playing some teriffic football against sides like Porto.

What was it he told Charlie Adam last year when he tipped us to be in the title race ahead of Aberdeen ?

"Have some respect" or "Know your place" orsomething along those lines ?

So BBC Scotland receive 2 complaints and decide to offer an apology to MacPhee

The BBC HQ in London need to clear out the unprofessional clique at BBC Scotland

Let’s face it the arseholes criticising MacPhee have achieved nothing in a coaching or management role so they are not qualified to make critical comments on MacPhee

Just shows them to be a bunch a fuds

Feck me, they spend more time issuing apologies than they do reporting the news.

Them and the Daily Rebel must be experts at it by now.

That’s exactly it. They tried to write off and discredit Allesio at Killie and seemed almost pleased that he wasn’t carrying on the work that Clarke started. It honestly felt like the same old fashioned xenophobia that Caixinha and even Morelos have received.

Replace a Scottish manager that the press know well, and you will not be given a fair crack of the whip.

The problem is that for political reasons the BBC in London won’t want to be seen dealing with BBC Scotland. As a result they have can more or less do as they please.

that’s a bit harsh....on the pish stained bores

Michael O’Neill had a real go at them on air did he not? In relation to all this stuff.

As much as I hate then what was the apology for? The use of language "get a life"

Think it was more the tone and the sneering of the two pundits.

Allan Preston said he should be nowhere near the club and was responsible for signing some bloke as a 'dead ball specialist' (he was Levein's signing BTW) and then went on a rant about how this was football and not American Football.

Also claimed his line up at the Semi Final was a two fingered salute to Levein.

Morelos is the type of player Scotland used to produce and be proud of. I don't know if they have a word for him in Spanish but here we'd call him gallus. But because he plays for Rangers he is belittled and reduced to nothing more than a stereotypical Latin hothead.

The sheep were the club with 5th largest gate last season. Behind both the Edinburgh clubs.

Seems about right.

A provincial diddy club of absolutely no importance whatsoever.

A borderline irrelevance in the great scheme of Scottish football history

The whole Sportsound team should have been booted out the night they egged on Dick Gordon to read out the joke about Sebo being an attraction in Edinburgh Zoo.
Seems they aren't anymore professional.
Hugh Dallas was sacked for less, just about sums up BBC Sportsound

Willie Miller is an absolute arsehole of a man.

The campaign him and others have had against Allesio at Killie is pure and simple xenophobia. A complete disgrace it is done on the taxpayers money.

Like a lot of Aberdeen fans, Miller - somewhat hysterically - was convinced that their shitey wee team had overtaken us as a club. They genuinely believed their own hype and that they would be challenging for second every year. That we have managed to get ourselves together in the space of a couple of seasons, signing their captain in the process, has broken them. They cannot accept that order has been resumed and the bitterness oozes out.

I heard this live the other week, it was a disgrace. Richard Gordon called him Austin McFan.... Then tailed off, cue hysterics from miller and Preston, clearly an off air joke. It was quite incredible to hear them be so brazen.
I heard this too. When he called him Austin McFan, then paused. They all burst out laughing like a bunch off school kids. They then went on to say he doesn’t look or sound like a football manager and mentioned his hair. The personal attack on the guy was all a bit bizarre, was glad they won that day having listened to it.

I remember the wee Lith Mikolunas that played for Hearts, now he liked the odd dive but wasn't the first or last player to ever do so.

He was victim to some horrible on air and print racist media (bbc in particular) and he was given a two game domestic ban for diving against Scotland in an international (I think).

The same arsehole who said Aberdeen would finish second behind the filth this season.

And claims McKenna and Devin should be given a run as Scotland’s two Centre Halfs - dozy lady's front bottom if if thinks their is a player between them never mind as a pairing. Too much headering of the ball has done for the old baldy lady's front bottom
