I've had my MSP correspond with the bbc about this and both times they've claimed this would be their stance regardless of the club involved.

Can anyone provide me with solid evidence to the contrary?

I asked Jim Spence on Twitter about it he said both sides worked towards an amicable agreement on what was what I. Regards to Dundee ....BBC and rangers haven't done this ...well rangers have asked but the BBC won't budge on original position , I'm guessing BBC won't climb down on gollums style of reporting which is basically a free pass on digs at Rangers

Again, if this is the case then I'd love more information.
They have said that they are in dialogue with Rangers regarding a solution.
If that isn't true, I'd welcome any information that supports it.
