Was going to suggest that it was the kind of appointment that you occasionally get when a club is continually changing manager as Hearts had been over a number of years. They get to a stage where they've tried the logical appointments, the tried and trusted, the experienced old hand, the ex player, the up and coming young manager and ultimately, when all else has failed (largely due to not allowing anyone sufficient time), they decide to go for someone left field who ticks none of the relevant boxes.
I may also have suggested that those wanting a change at our own club might want to consider this fact.

There are a good few guys who managed them and conceivably could have done much more if they had been given time and without interference from above - be that from Levein or, prior to CL, from mad Vlad.
 
3/3 With anagrams but needed the initials for all 3, and even then I struggled. They either jump out the page at you or you can’t see the trees for the forest.
