Kevin Tonkinson's wonderful solo effort for England against the Argies to clinch Bassett's teams place in the second round.

Another great individual goal was from a Saudi player against Belgium at USA 94. Couldn't tell you his name, though.
I can tell you his name. Sayid Owairan. No idea why, its just one of those mental things that stuck in my head!
