Are we looking at big queues when we get in?

Friends just collected theirs, waited 30 minutes. Their Ticket Office closes at 2:30pm apparently.

The Braga ticket office opened at 9:50 - luckily I was one of the first there - the que was approx 300/400 deep when I left - tbh I let was fairly well organised when got to the window to collect tickets - was only about 6/7 staff tho.

It wasn’t to bad about a 20/30 min wait. There was 6 people working giving out the tickets.

I was told that by someone who collected tickets this morning. That may just be standard operating hours, I don’t know if they just read it on a sign or were actually told that. Hopefully it is not the case for those still to collect.
