I could greet looking at that to be honest . What a man, a cancer survivor and looking 31 not 51, incredible .

I’ll never forget walking out of Ibrox after a game against Raith Rovers when Laudrup had basically put on a show of exhibition football at one point taking the ball from one side of the park to the other beating about 8 raith players one after the other with absolute ease.

My old man turned to me and said “ I never thought I’d live to see another near Baxter, but I think I’ve just seen it “ . I was gobsmacked as until that day he had always said we would never see anyone close to Jim Baxter . Now I say to my son we will never see another Laudrup in the hope that one day that special player comes along .
