They won’t take any online orders back in store, need to return it online.

I tried to return in store and they wouldn’t take it, ended up just keeping what I had because I couldn’t be arsed with the hassle.

Received an online delivery last week with only one of the two items I ordered included. Sent an email highlighting the issue. Just received an email asking me to send pictures of the item I didn't receive and the reasons I want to return it !!! WTF
