A search has been launched for a man in connection with a firework being thrown at police after Celtic's Europa League match against Valencia.

Officers say the man pictured could help with investigations into the incident at Celtic Park on 14 February.

The man is described as being about 6ft tall, of slim build, with dark hair and pointed features.

He was wearing a dark tracksuit with a white logo on the chest and reflective flashes on the legs and shoulders.

Insp Iain Sibbald, of Greater Glasgow alcohol and violence reduction unit, said: "Anyone with information about the incident or who recognises the man should get in touch with me via at London Road Police Office via 101."

No mention that it came from the celtic support.

Andy Robertson, the Celtic fan who plays for Liverpool. ?

In all seriousness, why is this being asked 4 months after the event? It’s almost as if the police don’t want to find the guy who assaulted their officer with a pyrotechnic.

Another example of PS incompetence

Incident in February and they release this grainy shitty picture now.

Pathetic as usual from the Keystone Cop impersonators

Remember in 2018 and RangersNo1 gets stabbed in the neck and his Dad’s leg broke after a group attacked them in Glasgow city centre after the first OF game.

I never seen PS release any pictures of any suspects so assume they culprits were never found ?

Mind you given a paedo ring has been operating in plain sight for 50 years at Nonce FC at least their incompetence is consistent

Any arrests after the mentally challengeds were celebrating on top of police vans last summer or was that the coppers dressed in celtic tops.

Police are useless mate, think how many CCTV cameras there are in Glasgow city centre where that attack happened and they probably couldn’t be arsed checking them.

Going by this and also the police being attacked by mobs after their SC final the other week, it would appear that even the police are now falling victim to a monster they’ve helped create.

They’ve let they mentally challenged bastards spiral out of control for the last decade to the point that they now think they are untouchable and can do as they please without repercussion.

From bottling / stabbing opposition supporters and attacking Rangers players, to disgracing the war dead, they’ve basically been allowed free reign for the last decade. It looks like they are that arrogant that they think even the police are fair game now.

The police and the media have allowed them to get to the point where they are now.

Police Scotland can have 250 images, and still not be able to identify anyone.

Or, simply not be that bothered about doing so.
