Celtic Boys’ Club boss had key role in appointing Tommy Burns

There needs to be a revolution in Scottish football and our club needs to have a plan of action that starts with Celtic being demoted to the bottom tier and every trophy stripped from their records during the years these paedophiles were under their employment. We absolutely have to wage total war on this club until sanctions are imposed, because if we let this go, then our position in this country is untenable.
The cabal will have everything sewn up for evermore.
Blues I agree with every word you speak, these beasts should be run out of Scotland, for the shame they bring on us all, because it does effect all people living in Scotland for we all will be smeared with that clubs crime, no mistake.

They had their chance to do that at the beginning, yet they peddled the separate entity line. They are absolutely fucked now.
'Seperate entity' is an accounting term - as far Celtic are concerned this has always been about cold hard cash, they are not interested in morals unless it is something they can accuse others of lacking - hopefully the civil courts will put this right - but I wouldn't bet on it!

Any monetary links been found between Celtic and the boys club?
Funding?
Salaries?
Paying for boys club trips etc etc?
That £1m payment to The Trophy centre must buy a lot of medals. Was there any follow up behind that?

Expulsion from our professional leagues surely let them reform and peddle their filth in the Vatican City leagues, they’ll be in good company there swapping stories of child rape.

Didn't they pay them something like £70.000 the other year to change their name to St Pats?

The separate entity claim won't wash in court. The high court in England ruled that if a club benefits from boys clubs by getting players then they are not separate but part of the club. I could be wrong but don't think so.

It's also a part of the long-awaited SFA Review -

Independent Review of Sexual Abuse in Scottish Football

para 3.73 - Historical and Current Relationships between Senior Football Clubs and Grassroots Clubs
The Review concludes that, if the relationship and history between the youth football club and the senior club was so shared, so close, and so inextricable on positive achievements, then when alleged sexual abuse of young players formed part of the history of one then, it too, formed part of the history of the other. A shared heritage is not confined to trophies, victories and celebration. It also extends to defeats, failures, and deficiencies.

"Burns played for the boys’ club in 1970-73 "
The year before joining Celtic boys club Burns played for Eastercraigs where nonce Hugh Stevenson the SFA linesman was on the committee .
When Burns broke into the first team at celtic Stevenson told one boy at Eastercraigs that Burns was a very good friend of his.
Stevenson is now dead but the SFA are facing legal claims over his sexual abuse of boys.

Ther has always been something extremely off about Burn's defence of these animals, it's almost as if they had a sinister hold over him. Was he abused? Was he part of the ring or did he simply turn a blind eye to protect the Celtic name? Whatever it was, he's definitely no Saint Tommy.

A classic case of Stockholm Syndrome.

What is Stockholm syndrome?

Stockholm syndrome is a psychological response. It occurs when hostages or abuse victims bond with their captors or abusers. This psychological connection develops over the course of the days, weeks, months, or even years of captivity or abuse.

With this syndrome, hostages or abuse victims may come to sympathize with their captives. This is the opposite of the fear, terror, and disdain that might be expected from the victims in these situations.

Over the course of time, some victims do come to develop positive feelings toward their captors. They may even begin to feel as if they share common goals and causes.

A club like no other indeed...

A lot of ex Celtic figures took to their graves secrets of what went on and slowly but surely over time these are being exposed with great detail.

A disgusting, rancid and lying club who's officials past and present have/had zero morals whilst showing absolutely no sympathy or accepting any form of responsibility for what has went on.

These bastards deserve all they get and how anyone no matter if they are a fan or club employee can associate themselves with the club and look in the mirror shamelessly is beyond me.

A disgrace to society yet our countries politicians, football governing body and justice system turn a blind eye to it due them all being infested with Celtic people from top to bottom.

Why would Cairney have any influence at all, other than having dirt on a Kelly ? If so, might that explain why Stein didnt/couldnt call the police and why Cairney managed a reappearance with a pay off. Was there a Kelly in the ring ?

Its becoming blatantly obvious that Cairney had something on Burns as well. Why did the peados Cairney and Torbett both employees of a "seperate entity" have such a hold over the whole Celtic hierarchy?

What will the punishments be for Celtic as a football club

Can the current corrupt governing bodies be trusted to deal with it impartially ....
Sadly the corrupt help they have been getting through silent government friends, silent legal system friends and the help from scum press etc in covering up these atrocities give no confidence in getting justice for the victims or punishment for the rancid club. But I live in hope.

Justice for the victims is paramount but this must not be forgotten.

There is a narrative which must be set before the Celtc minded get in there. We know how that story goes. I’ll start:

- Demotion to the lowest tier of Scottish football.
- Removal of trophies won during the period when this was knowingly going on and enabled by Celtc FC.
- A significant financial punishment (distinct from any compensation from victims) used as a donation to youth charities.
- Removal of all involved from the Scottish Football Hall of Fame.

That’s a starting point.

Are we seriously to believe that someone who spent from 1970 to 1996 as a player, manager, then coach (excluding a gap from 89 to 94 when he was at Kilmarnock) coming through the boys club, reserves, working with every abuser so far convicted at some point or another and then another spell as Strachans coach didn't know a thing about any of this?....

He knew as much as any of them if not more , even to the point of being complicit in the lie by never denying being the goalscorer against Real Madrid in the tournament that never was . What type of creatures are they

It’s over for Celtic ,the game is up,well and truly beyond all doubt it’s clear that the boys club and the club were inextricably linked.

The courts will look very dimly on the fact the club has tried to escape culpability,it’s like a Murderer pleading not guilty then being proven beyond all reasonable doubt they were guilty.

It is over tho ,make no mistake they are in deep trouble ,I find it abhorrent they have tried to escape responsibility,it must be faced, now it will be faced and the club will be dragged kicking and screaming out into the light where the truth will sear into the clubs very soul exposing a warped and evil monster that has lay comfortably in the dark chambers of Celtic Park for decades and is now hunted by the truth, like a vampire writhing against the shafts of light that are now burning it’s horrible despicable and evil carcass .

What now happens in the next few months and months will define the club, above all else it will be known for this ,I take no gloating ,I find the boys club accusatory songs uncomfortable ,it trivialises it and it’s too serious now for that but that’s not anyone’s fault but theirs ,child abuse is abhorrent ,all I feel for these kids now is sad ,just extremely sad ,minds that have been broken well into their adulthood, child abuse memories never ever leave you ...

A day of reckoning is coming .
Is it thats the thing . In a decent society then celtic would be punished .but it is snp controlled Scotland we live in.

In the way that Jock Stein is barely mentioned now by the Scottish football media compared to 25-30 years ago, Burns is going to be airbrushed.

Back in the 80s & 90s it was very much about how much of a genius Stein was, how he ruled Parkhead with an iron fist and had his contacts all over the city telling him about what his players were up to. I remember McNeill (I’m sure it was him) saying in one documentary that, “Big Jock could hear the grass growing”.
Since the late 90s he has slowly been removed from the general narrative by everyone but Bheggars.

Burns is held in high regard by many, his friendships with Walter Smith & Ally
McCoist held up as virtuous symbols of what a great guy he was.
That’s going to end soon enough. He protected and was in cahoots with known paedophiles associated to Celtic. It has become clear over the last few years and is about to be the big news.

They may get penalised in monetary terms by having to pay compensation but they will not face a single football sanction of any note.

There was no grief for Burns from me, I still believe that he’s took his secrets to the grave that could’ve ended a lot of suffering.

Here's how Penn State were punished (and they only had ONE abuser! - Jerry Sandusky)

SIX Celtic Boys Club and Celtic FC officeholders have been convicted of child sexual abuse (so far).
Jim Torbett (Celtic Boys Club founder),
Jim McCafferty (Celtic FC kit man and Boys Club coach),
Frank Cairney (Celtic Boys Club manager and coach),
Gerald King (Celtic Boys Club chairman)
John Cullen (Official Photographer with the Celtic FC magazine - The Celtic View)
Neil Strachan (former Celtic Boys Club (East) secretary).

$60 Million Fine over 5 Years
Nothing grabs attention quite like a large sum of money, and the NCAA dropped a bomb on Penn State in the form of a $60 million fine for Penn State's role in the cover-up, payable over five years.

The fine itself isn't completely ruinous—Penn State made $18 million in profits last season—but for the years ahead, Penn State's football program isn't going to be nearly the cash cow it used to be. This sanction could turn the athletic program into a money loser for years to come. And that's before the Big Ten takes any action toward the TV revenue.

The good news, at the very least, is that, according to the NCAA, the money is going "into an endowment for programs preventing child sexual abuse and/or assisting the victims of child sexual abuse."

4-Year Post-season Ban
From a competitive standpoint, Penn State's football program is going to be crushed by a four-year ban on postseason play, which means no conference championships, no bowls, no bowl practices and certainly no eligibility for the championship playoff.

Essentially, Penn State's season is capped at 12 games no matter what, and while that type of sanction didn't cripple USC last year and doesn't figure to cripple Ohio State this year, the fact that this penalty will affect some players' entire careers of eligibility will probably affect numerous transfers—more on that in a bit.

4-Year Reduction of Scholarships
Compounding Penn State's misery over the next four years is the fact that the football program will be severely limited in its level of scholarship talent.

5 Years of Probation
It's extremely unlikely that Penn State's athletic department is going to run afoul of NCAA regulations in the near future. But just to make sure everything's up to par in Happy Valley, the NCAA has imposed a five-year probation on Penn State.

This isn't a passive punishment. As the NCAA notes, it includes "an on-campus, independent Integrity Monitor and periodic reporting as detailed in the Corrective Component of this Consent Decree."

The NCAA also warns of "additional, more severe sanctions" if this probation is violated. The mind shudders at what that could entail short of the death penalty.

Vacation of Wins Since 1998
Penn State will vacate all wins since the first allegation of misconduct by the athletic department in 1998. This means Joe Paterno is no longer anywhere near the all-time Division I wins record, now held once again by Grambling's Eddie Robinson.

All in all, Penn State vacates a whopping 112 wins in this scenario, 111 of which belong to Paterno.

Waiver of Transfer Rules and Grant-in-Aid Retention
One of the most potentially ruinous sanctions is a waiver of transfer rules, which means the usual one-year penalty of eligibility whenever someone transfers within the FBS is now no longer applied.

Essentially, scholarship athletes are now allowed to flee Penn State with impunity, and as soon as those athletes declare their intent to transfer, it is open season.

Implementation of Athletics Integrity Agreement
The Penn State athletic program now has a narrow line to toe for the next few years in terms of integrity and NCAA compliance, and failure to toe that line carries massive consequences.

Where are all these old copies of programmes and the Celtic News stored ? I’d be checking their sprinkler systems carefully.

They're in safe places, all ready for further use later.

CRACKER - What a contrast between here & USA mate.

I'm on the case mate. I'm looking for tangible proof that can link Stevenson with any of the convicted abusers at cfc. So far I have found a link between Stevenson & Mcafferty. They both helped run Chelsea Boys club in Blantyre. Any information you find could you PM me please mate?

If he followed his religion he wouldn't have covered it up.

He was blinded by the leaders who run his religion from Rome. He was also one of those whose first thoughts were to protect "the good name of Celtic football club at all costs".

He amongst many are responsible for the ruined lives of many individuals and probably the early deaths of some.
This is the thing that really gets me - a football club and it's "reputation" was/is everything to them rather than the ruined lives of the boys who were abused. For a club and support who propagandise their so-called "altruism", they have shown zero empathy/sympathy and support for abused human beings.

Didn't they pay them something like £70.000 the other year to change their name to St Pats?
Indeed they did.

If someone is trading illegally under your company name you hit them with a cease and desist order. What you don’t do is pick up the tab for them to change it.

I remember when Lawrence Haggert was killed, there were people happy to initially allow the innuendo of a sectarian motive hang around the story before the attention switched to the lad’s younger brother. The truth finally came out but there was odd behaviour from many around it.

The protection of these people who integrated themselves within Celtic’s Boys Club operation has gone on long and must have been achieved with lots of support.

Wow , never knew that .
Stevenson was a nonce on an industrial scale so the fact that he worked with McCafferty says it all .
Massive paedo ring at work here.

The Kelly’s got rid of Cairney and when Burns brought him back the Kelly’s informed McCann, McCann kicked him out and this is the reason his relationship with Burns fractured. Cairney was kicked out for abusing a boy in New Jersey, the lad ended up having a proffesional career away from them

Its becoming blatantly obvious that Cairney had something on Burns as well. Why did the peados Cairney and Torbett both employees of a "seperate entity" have such a hold over the whole Celtic hierarchy?

Torbett and Cairney also hated each other, there is no doubt Burns is involved
