Celtic face threat of multimillion pound compensation claim(The Times)

Bringing in the Ibrox disaster now on twitter. Fair play for that bear AlternGr8 going toe to toe with them looks like he could do with some help as he is getting swamped by them.

Twitter is terrible for this. I remember agruing with a sevcopath and when he had no answer to my tweets he vanished for a day or 2. Then suddenly I got absolutely pummelled with tweets. He obviously ran away to his mates for help. I spent the whole day rebutting the tweets sent to me, spanking them all one after another, but every time I tweeted I had another 7 notifications. It’s impossible to keep up.

You’d be better writing a blog.

Good work everyone. I was reading comments in a Leicester article about a scum player linked to them. They were ripping the Tims that piped up there telling them they were pedos. We are laying the ground work for when the SFA report and or documentary are released. The scum are fighting a rear guard action. They know they are cooked.

they are certainly fire fighting now, hence why the crisis shower were brought in , we need to keep at them relentlessly though, any slacking off with our efforts will only encourage them that they are through the worst of it ,and they will galvanize and turn their attention back to hurting ourselves, this mob are getting deeper and deeper into the corner ,so do not let them out bears, keep at them

copy of email sent to adam tomkins today in support of his efforts.

Dear Mr. Tomkins,

I am writing to you in regards to your recent involvement in the sex abuse scandal within Scottish sport and particularly at Celtic F.C.

Firstly, I fully support your efforts in trying to get this matter raised by your requests for meetings with Peter Lawwell of Celtic F.C and other sporting bodies and wish you continued success in your attempts to get justice for the victims of their sordid crimes of the past 50 years.

Secondly, have you managed to have any relevant dialogue with Peter Lawwell through letters or meetings?,or in fact, have you managed to ascertain the result of his own secret 2 year investigation, which has been conducted without anyones prior knowledge or indeed, contact with any of the victims as I am aware?.

I would hope that you and hopefully other MP’s will apply pressure on this man and his club to come clean and reveal their reasons behind the 6 criminal convictions for sexual abuse in and around his club and its associated clubs to date,as well as their reasons for covering up their sordid crimes for the past 50 years?.

I,myself have made efforts to contact my local MSP’s Mr.Derek MacKay and Mr.Gavin Newlands ,asking them as to why there has been no mention of this sex abuse scandal in the Scottish parliament, along with absolute zero comment from the first minister or justice secretary on the matter.i think it is scandalous that our elected political representatives can just turn a blind eye to such blatant crimes at that club, all of which have been highlighted in the mainstream media over the years, surely the victims deserve more and justice to boot?.
The answers I have received from my enquiries have been just the basic generic, party line ,with a referral to the SFA’s interim report into sporting sex abuse, which basically doesn’t deal with the specific criminality which took place over 50 years at celtic park and was covered up in various ways over the same period.

There is a huge swell in public minds for there to be a full public ,independent and transparent inquiry into this club and its historic crimes, the likes of which ,has not been seen in this country since the Jimmy Saville escapade ( who incidently, had serious connections to those involved within celtic fc),confidence in such an inquiry would be increased,if it were conducted through Westminster or a neutral and impartial body outwith Scotland.

The public need answers to this and protection from future criminal behaviour in this club and indeed any other institutions within Scotland .

As stated,I fully support your effort and hope you will exert more pressure on this club and their criminal behaviour.

Kind regards

hopefully more pressure will mount and more bears on here will take to their keyboards and twitter and bring the scum to justice.....keep up the good work.

I just noticed a phrase used in your emails Tommy the semantics being used over who worked where can be used against them,

"this club and its associated clubs" I would go a bit further and whenever possible use "Celtic Football Club, it's associated clubs, employees and associated businesses

If that wording is used where do they go from there? Given all the information unearthed of their undeniable links between the CBC, The Trophy Centre and Fairbridge etc.

copy of email sent to useless today.

Dear Mr.Yousaf,

I am writing to you in regards to the sex abuse scandal within Scottish sport, particularly at Celtic FC over the past 50 years and to ask for your comments on why you yourself ,as justice secretary have made no mention of this in media or indeed within your parliament?.

As you are or may not be aware, there have been 6 criminal convictions made against individuals employed within this club and its associated clubs, all under the same tainted umberella, one of whom, was in the course of being RE-EMPLOYED ,before they were booted out of the club for a second time,so an opportunity to re-offend was narrowly missed.

Now, to have 6 members of personnel from that club and its associated clubs within convicted for sex abuse crimes committed within it and abroad (USA},would and surely ring alarm bells and result in action by the relevant authorities don’t you think? ,but no the crimes were all hushed up and pacts formed within from top to bottom ( excuse the pun) to spin a web of lies, deceit and cover ups, which have lasted for over 50 years, without proper justice being brought to the victims. It has been cover up,after cover up,why has that been allowed ?,who were/are they protecting?,
Does the cover ups involve people in authority or higher up in the social classes of Scotland and the uk?,answers are required.
At the very least, this club should have severe sanctions placed on it,perhaps a banning order against them running any youth teams ( although they have recently changed Celtics boys club to st.patricks in recent years...i wonder why that came about?} as having 6 convicted sex offenders ,would constitute a possible paedophile ring in operation within the club and as such,it should be shut down and individuals concerned with the sex abuse and covers ups, placed on the sex offenders list?.

I realise that some of these crimes were committed many years ago and were not on your watch but in recent years and indeed months ,there have been convictions for personnel of that club for their sordid crimes but again, there has been no damnation or comment from yourself or your government in response to them....can you explain why,you choose to make “no comment” to date, that’s the sort of answer a criminal gives at police interview,I would and the public would expect for you,as our elected justice minister to at least come out with some sort of positive response damning the scandal ,the perpetrators and to seek justice for the victims...i would like to hear your reasons as to why you have stayed silent.

Some of these sex crimes were committed on foreign soil (USA) ,can you imagine the disgrace and shame this sex scandal is going to bring,if it hasn’t done so already,to Scotland and its reputation abroad, especially as your party seems to revel in parading itself at new York tartan week every year.I would imagine if the American judicial system picks up on the sex crimes committed on their soil by personnel of Celtic FC ,you could possibly find yourself ,having to answer some serious and very uncomfortable questions,as hopefully the American justice system can be trusted to conduct an investigation into the sex abuse scandal honestly, transparently and independently, which is something you and your department have failed to do so to date.

Therefore,as our countrys elected MSP and justice secretary for Scotland,I am demanding that you raise this matter in Holyrood at the first opportunity and demand that there is a full, independent, transparent public inquiry held into this sexual abuse scandal, the likes of which has not been seen in this country since Jimmy Saville ( another individual with serious links to celtic and its employees)...the victims deserve more and they deserve justice....are you up to the task?.

On another matter, can you explain why a group of celtic fans managed to get off scot free after the procurator fiscals office managed to lose vital evidence relating to the hanging effigies within celtic park at an old firm game?....how can vital evidence just be lost ? and again,it happened under your watch and again, you made no comment on it ,nor showed any desire to launch an inquiry into this serious issue.how can the public have any faith in the police or legal procedures, when you,as justice secretary doesn’t do your job and demand answers?.
Can you give an answer,as to what happened to the evidence?,has it been re-located?,do you intend to retry the individuals ?,do you intend to launch and enquiry into this debacle on your watch?.

Now,it is well known in public circles ,where your allegiances lie, when it comes to football and who you follow and where you have been photographed in your club colours, but this is not in the least about any allegiances,it is about you,as justice secretary, doing your job that you were elected and paid to do and bring justice to the victims of celtic fc’s sexual abusers ,whether you like it or not.

I welcome your response to my points raised here and what you propose to do about the sex abuse scandal and the missing evidence.

Regards
Brilliant. It’s just a pity he will not understand it !

I’m too young to know much about the Ibrox disaster, my dad was there, but before I was born. I listened to a Radio 4 documentary on it which stated Rangers settled two out of court payments. However I am right in thinking proper process took place at the time in regard to liability etc...? What these vile disgusting whatsboutery merchants fail to realise is Rangers did not cover anything up in the wake of the Ibrox disaster. They’ve been covering up the facilitation of a group of at least 6 men who systematically abused little boys. Remarks like the above make me sick, Celtic better be brought to task for what they’ve done and utterly disgusting football club right to their core!

I was at the match. Rangers didn't engage in any 'cover up' but, from memory, the legal requirements of the day saw the Club escape the sort of penalties that would undoubtedly be applicable today. We did nothing wrong in that context - its just the way the law was in those days. You can't apply todays standards to near 50 years ago. Way off topic for this thread though.

I was at the match mate, but there is NO FUCKING WAY I’m going to allow these things to be talked of in the same breath.

These people are SCUM for even bringing this up.

Scum Pedro. That’s why we need to fight them head on. I don’t even associate myself with any of them.

Just like VB and GY, I was also at the match. Given the horror of the event on the day, and the shock and grief of the subsequent months, for 'people' to use this as some sort of counter-argument to the decades-long cover-up of a vile paedophile ring, beggars belief. (Pun intended)

As you say GY, they are SCUM.

That would be similar if a mass murderer killed over 60 people in different places while on club duty then the club reemployed him and cover it up for decades till and including this present day.

Just hard to believe that people would stoop to this level John.

But there again .........

This.

And also you may find that some of the abusers were part of/associated with those bodies that were tasked with carrying out said investigations.

Allegedly.

Well on that ‘allegedly’ comment mate -

When Hugh Birt originally gave them the list of 14 people / paedos that he wasn’t concerned about, you know who had the meeting with him to get rid of him ?

KEVIN KELLY, JIM TORBETT & FRANK CAIRNEY.

Hard to believe

Humza Yousless by totally ignoring these genuine complaints has become part of the Celtic paedophilic cover-up!
A Justice Minister who only appears to want justice for the paedophiles and not for the victims!
I actually completely agree with that. A justice secretary that says nothing on the subject and like we’ve seen from his Twitter account makes no attempt to hide where his loyalties lie.
He has got to be investigated also when an inquiry is launched. Even with the effigy fiasco alone and also this. He is definitely part of the coverup.

Just hard to believe that people would stoop to this level John.

But there again .........

There are no depths to which that mob will not stoop to. Absolutely none. Do not socialise or engage with any of them, it will make your life that so much richer. And if you do end up somehow in their company and they start their shite, raise your voice to them, that’s always worked for me. Job done.

I emailed a load of Glasgow MSPs a couple of weeks ago using an email tracker app that alerts you every time it’s read. Not one of the emails were read. The title of them all contained the words Celtic and abuse so when I was chasing a response I thought I’d change the title to something more generic like “email responses”. I sent the chases yesterday and they’ve all been read.

We might need to be more savvy here as they’re obviously ignoring anything Celtic related. Absolutely sickening what’s running this country.

They've obviously been told not to get involved publicly by wee Jimmy crankie
As for dornan claims about a meeting with the fat Japanese ....don't believe a word of it

That does actually work. I’ve learnt over the years not to even put myself in the same room as them. I won’t get into conversation with them. Wouldn’t lower myself.
My Mrs won’t let me also as she knows I don’t back down to them. Horrible cnts.

Don’t have any of them as friends B&R. And life is good ;)

I was born a few years after it but had relations that were there. I can’t do twitter or anything else like that as I couldn’t trust myself to keep the head with they dirty bastards if that makes sense?
The vile that I’ve seen bears posting with the filths comments about what happened that day I can’t even bring myself to read. I don’t even want to know what that lot say. And please believe me I’m not having a go at the bears who do stand against them on Twitter.
But to me the only reason they bring up what happened that day is the same their club are doing now. Deflection tactics.
Like you say valley things were different back then. But as a club and a support we have remembered what happened that day and showed respect ever since. That’s what makes us different from them.
They have had young boys proud to pull on that jersey. Proud wee Celtic supporters. And their club now distancing themselves from them. Rangers wouldn’t do that if it was us.
It’s the way they are and have been brought up. From schooling onwards they have been brainwashed. By a cult. A cult that has poisoned Scotland since the late 1800’s.
We now have a government that relies on them for their aim of independence. A justice secretary? What’s he done to provide justice?
And then I’m called a bigot for my views. I’m a man that has contacted every politician, media outlet, Westminster and the list goes on. I’m an ex soldier that has seen shite in so many countries. I don’t want it to happen to mine. And in my opinion and please it’s only my opinion. If we don’t stand against this then it will happen in Scotland. Of course I will get people on here that will disagree with me. I accept that. 46 years old now. Came home after basic training and had an IRA message put on the table of a certain pub to say I’m not welcome. I was 18 years old. And coming back to my home town. I’ll never forget that.

Thats mental. I went to Yugoslavia on a rugby tour (f8ck i know) just before it went tits up. An talkin to the locals, as we moved around, be it Serbs, Croats or whoever, was like listening to the rivalry in Glasgow. At the time i didnt think it would lead to war, but it did.
