None of this paedophile stuff attached to CFC / CBC is being reported on overseas, certainly nothing where I am in any mainstream media despite other reports of positive stuff about them.
The overseas news on the dirty secrets is being suppressed successfully similar to what Murdoch McLennan (now SPFL ) did with the HSBC bank when he was at the Telegraph.
Something stinks about this whole sordid story being hidden from the rest of the world.
 
I wouldn't get your hopes built up relying on newspapers up here tbh. I'm not pissing on anyone's chips but it seems a wee bit desperate imo

We have jf1960 being good enough to give us what information he has heard and is allowed to share, and we still having people pissing and moaning like they're entitled to know everything.

Things will take time, and if they don't come out right away, they'll still come out in time.

Some people need to remember it's first and foremost about what's best for the victims, and if that means lawyers drip feeding what they know and playing it cautious then so be it.

Has anyone read the 62 page Interim Report of the Independent Review of Sexual
Abuse in Scottish Football of 15/06/19. Could scan read it in a few hours or give it
the normal read, noting all important facts over a day or so. If need be I can do it,
but if someone has done it and its horseshit, then there is no need to do it.:(

Being of a certain age I need to get up during the night for a pee so obviously thought I would have a look to see if a story I was told has appeared in the paper.
As you already know as of 45 mins ago for whatever reason as yet it's not there.

The interim report was 15/06/18.

We're still waiting for the full report, which was delayed because of on going criminal trials.

I was told a a decent piece to was be a main page spread a while ago on the Friday for the Sunday rags,the shootings happened in NZ and it never made it till a couple weeks ago regarding the same piece of news.

Things happen and sometimes things just don’t go to press for one reason or the other,i think @jf1960 has nothing but good intentions and I certainly won’t be be pissed off or posting negative comments as something didn’t go as he thought it would.

By the sounds of snippets from guys like himself and others who post on here and hear wee bits like us all,this still has a way to go.

If it takes a wee while longer for a good final outcome for survivors then so be it,I was told by someone these cases are all about timeing unfortunately and have no speedy results,as we all want them hammered and crucified for the hideous actions as a club and family cover up specialist.
 
You can tell when someone is jumping on the bandwagon and knows nothing, and when some one has genuine information. The hangers on get caught out easily and are easy to spot.

jf1960 has consistently been on the money, there is no doubt he is genuine and 100% not a bullshitter.

jf1960, You don't have anything to apologise for, I worked for 27 years in the newspaper industry and I know how stories can be pulled at the last minute for any reason. Some posters really need to calm down and look at the bigger picture, christ look how many years it has taken to get to this point.

Has Prof Tomkins had his meeting with the SFA? If so, was there a public statement from either side?

Has he had a reply or acknowledgement from Fat Pete at CFC?

With you all the way mate.A very difficult thing to do predicting the future as there are so many variables that affect the outcome.That's why the bookies are rich men! Have every faith that you are doing things for the right reasons.
