All I know is I will continue to highlight their criminal acts as a club & continued enablement as fans/supporters to anyone & everyone I can.
I want them waking every morning dreading what is coming next for them as a support & the reason they will wake in that manner is deep down they now know there are no depths to which that club wouldn't sink but they also know they would still do nothing which is just how WRONG these people are

If he discovered Rangers had done what celtic did, I know for a fact he would have abandoned Rangers in an instant.

The facts are plain, there was a peadophile ring operating within the club/boys club. The management and board of directors of the club were made aware of child sex abuse allegations and did not report crimes to police. Their failure to act allowed the peadophile ring to continue destroying countless lives over decades.

Whilst as members of this forum we feel frustration at the authorities reluctance to act, it pales into insignificance in comparison to what the victims and their families must be feeling. What we can do is keep the pressure on those politicians, eventually forcing them to act.

I mentioned on another post that these b@stards shouldn't be underestimated. They have everything to lose, they will stop at nothing to deny, deflect, through up smokescreens and try to drag others in. Best ignored, the facts are there, the enquiry can join the dots and bring some closure for the victims and their families.

One thing I still can't get my head round though. Every single overnight tax avoidance expert I know, has no opinion on or knowledge of the facts relating to this peadophile ring. Strange breed, I blame the schooling!!

Nothing strange, over hundreds of years their church has told them not to question and that a quick visit to confession absolves you of your sins.

Have they ever questioned where the local Priest who was found to be guilty of abusing kids has been moved to rather than dealt with by the police.

Most right minded people want to protect children as they are innocent and should be safeguarded. This lot protect their church and club before children.

And do not see this as wrong !!!

To challenge is to be a bigot.

Apologies for seeming a bit thick, but how do I go about emailing my msp. I think I tried it a while back and couldn’t seem to find the correct link. I think if we all did this then surely there must be some action taken.

I’m in England mate. But I’m sure to find your MSP then type it into google. All your MPs will come up for every individual constituency. That’s how I done it. Hope that helps.

Found this news article 5mins ago makes Scotland police and Government look a shambles when these guys can act so quickly make you think what the victims are dealing with i that evil club when they can't get simple answers
Surely someone in on Scottish parliament should be corresponding with these guys from Yorkshire as there teams are best in country now..

Forty-four people have been arrested as part of an investigation into historical child sexual abuse allegations in West Yorkshire.
Police said 36 men and three women from addresses across Kirklees, Bradford and Leeds had been taken into custody over the past fortnight, with five other males detained at the end of last year.

All of them have been interviewed following allegations made by four women that sexual abuse was committed against them when they were children, mainly in the Dewsbury and Batley areas of Kirklees between 1995 and 2002.
Detective Inspector Seth Robinson, leading the investigation, said: "Safeguarding and protecting children remains the top priority for West Yorkshire Police.
"We hope that these recent arrests reassure our local communities that we are wholly committed to tackling child sexual exploitation in Kirklees, both current and non-recent.

I remember this as I live down here. If I remember I think it was all local government employees similar to what happened in Rotherham. It’s a whole different world down here as the police aren’t puppets for a corrupt government.
It did take them a long time to bring these people to justice but the most important thing was an independent inquiry was opened immediately. Very different from what’s happening back home.
 
Tim Hicks and Nigel Ward of website The Real Whitby are the 2 amateur sleuths who have taken the Yorkshire police to task and have had (I think) 13 exposés of the savile case printed in Private Eye.
Perhaps one of the posters on here would contact them with a dossier from the current case? West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire police were guilty of their cover-ups involving savile. The 2 journalists are still chasing down the culprits. These may be the guys to get their teeth into this case.

Absolutely. It’s unfathomable how anyone can still support this rancid shitebag club, let alone anyone who knew or was related to one of the many, many victims. It’s is a true reflection on their section of ‘society.’
 
Finding my MP and MSP was easier than I thought after all. Sent my email of protest and call for a public enquiry into Separate Entity FC to both MP and MSP. If our entire support do this one simple thing then they won’t be able to ignore it. Even a short to the point email of a few lines would suffice. Takes a couple of mins to find your MP and MSP and click on the link to email them. You can even copy and paste the same email.

The highest-ranking Catholic leader in England and Wales defended the reputation of the church rather than protecting children in the face of allegations of sexual abuse, a report by the independent sexual abuse inquiry has concluded.

The archbishop of Westminster, Cardinal Vincent Nichols, was heavily criticised in the 65-page report for his inadequate response to sexual abuse claims when he was archbishop of Birmingham from 2002 to 2009.

Nichols “focused too much on the reputation of the church during his tenure, rather than the welfare of children and the impacts of child sexual abuse on victims and survivors,” the independent inquiry into child sexual abuse (IICSA) said. “Children could have been saved from abuse if the church had not been so determined to protect its own reputation above all else.”

Good work.

I've decided to go down another route, I've held fire on contacting my MSP and MP for the time being.

Once I get a response to the request I sent to the Justice Minister, I'm off to see my MSP and MP in person at the local surgery - details of which I've found online. I'd rather sit down face to face with these people and lay out the facts, request they take the matter up on my behalf as their constituent.

In saying that I've also checked out their backgrounds online. On the face of it we don't appear to have a great deal in common. I'm sure as hell not letting that put me off, much rather put them on the spot face to face than be palmed of by an e-mail which is probably sent by one of their lackies.

Can't help but think these meetings won't end well, absolutely determined to put them on the spot and see their reaction first hand.
