Dear Sir/Madam,

In recent weeks there has been a concerted focus on tackling Racism within football. It is highly commendable that your organisation is dealing with this very important subject head on, with sanctions and punishment handed out to perpetrators and associates of representative clubs.
It is also highly commendable that your organisation tackles discrimination and sectarianism within European football, especially as the sport you represent has close ties with society and cultural identity.

U.E.F.A. against Racism, U.E.F.A. against Discrimination, U.E.F.A. against Sectarianism, Respect, all relevant issues that your organisation rightly deserves praise and plaudits for meeting head on. As we in Scotland would say, "We're all Jock Tamson's bairns!", meaning everyone is the same, we are all human beings, regardless of colour, creed or religion.

However there is one subject missing form your initiatives, a subject of the utmost importance, a subject that to date your organisation is Ignoring, a subject that in my opinion is More deserving of your support and involvement than any other, a subject that is prevalent within the sport that you represent and are responsible for as the Governing body over all National European Associates, a Governing body to ensure rules are followed and Respect ,Morals and Ethical values are upheld. The subject that is of Paramount importance is ABUSE, not just abuse that is verbal or constitutes making salutes or gestures.

It is in fact Abuse that is Physical and Psychological and ruin's lives, career's and relationship's. If by now you don't get the bigger picture, the Abuse I am intimating is Child Sexual Abuse. As I have already indicated, it is highly commendable and admirable that you tackle all the derogatory issues that I have mentioned, But it is an absolute Disgrace that to date your organisation has failed to Acknowledge and deal with, in my opinion, a subject that is far more damaging, offensive and Unethical than any other mentioned.

In Scotland there is an endemic National scandal, which for more than 4 decades has been left to fester and germinate, undisputed, unchallenged and ignored by incompetent, immoral, uncompassionate, self centred, authoritative individuals, representative of the sporting, media, religious and political spectrum. This endemic scandal is prevalent predominantly in religion and sport, arguably the two most relevant subjects, that our representative Scottish Government have conveniently excluded from investigation into Historic child sexual abuse, in order to protect votes.

Incidently your associate representative organisation S.F.A. have for more than 4 decades, been informed and watched from the side lines as paedophiles have been criminally convicted and handed inappropriate jail sentences for child sexual abuse. These 4 convictions in the past year have been the sole responsibility of one football club, Celtic F.C. A club who have known, ignored and covered up the abuse which was perpetrated on their premises, for over 4 decades. Let's stop to digest and quantify 100's of victims over 4 decades, it is actually staggering and disgusting. A self proclaimed "club like no other!", who have shown total disregard and disdain for the 100's of poor victims, tortured and traumatised at the hands of the club like no other's employees, children whose only dream was to play for the club that they "loved", the club that ultimately, destroyed and discarded them. A club that is a member of an association that is under your auspices, that you grant a licence to operate and participate in your premier competitions, do you think that's ethical?

Your organisation has a duty of care, to protect, a duty that in so far you have Failed. Fortunately for your organisation you still have the chance to right the wrongs, to show compassion, empathy and respect for the victims, uphold your proclaimed Ethical values and tackle this abuse poison with the same commitment and vigour as your other initiatives, punish and sanction the perpetrators responsible for allowing these, abhorrent, reprehensible, heinous crimes.

Look no further than the authorities in U.S.A. , who dealt with the Penn State scandal, which was miniscule in comparison with Scotland's Shame. The U.S. authorities command total respect and admiration for the way they dealt with things. Hopefully for the sake of the future welfare of the 100's of Scottish victims your organisation can deliver Penn State Parity for Scottish victims of child sexual abuse within Scottish football.

This scandal requires your immediate attention and action as a priority and without delay, there are over 20 legal writs Imminently about to be served upon Celtic F.C., also they are to be exposed in a 3 hour series of documentaries which will be screened worldwide, early next year.

Don't miss your chance to tackle this scandal before being exposed as yet another organisation who Knew and did Nothing.

I particularly like the following paragraph, where you hold up the authorities in the USA as a benchmark as to how heinous, criminal depravity should be dealt with in normal society.

Excellent communication, but will they just say the same mantra , "we will leave it up the the SFA" as they have an ongoing investigation.
Why do they act on everything else BUT NOT THIS ?
They by default are guilty as well, they know it happened but leave it to the same mob who did nothing for decades, the Scottish cover up was aided by the SFA, politicians, directors and players,managers, the police, people in the media and judiciary (Gerry McSherry gave the police names)
For it to be left to people who said and did nothing and thereby covered it up to investigate their mates and be judge and jury it is extremely disturbing and very very wrong.

Thanks mate, they will just ignore, I have made a concerted effort to try get a response from them but as usual, Silence.
They are making themselves complicit due to their silence, yet they make a big play on racism, which rightly should be eradicated, but in reality, what is more important? name calling or physical/psychological harm? as the old rhyme goes, "stick's and stones will break my bones ,but names will never hurt me!".
I will keep trying to expose their IGNORANCE.
 
Keep up the pressure guys, back in August got a reply from UEFA (Iris Hugo-Bouvier) stating "We fully trust in the capacity of the Scottish football association and the Scottish Authorities to deal with this situation ". They are corresponding with the SFA, however my understanding is they would rather involve all clubs, rather than address the main perpetrators. The scale of debauchery at Celtic and the covering up campaign that has gone on for decades,is the main issue. Generations of potential young talented footballers abused and let down by the Celtic institution. Still awaiting justice?

The bold Patrick, who now comes across as a bit of a legal lightweight content to play this out in the public gallery with empty threats, would do well to take a leaf out of Kim Leslie's book.

She dragged Celtic's legal team to court kicking and screaming where she promptly ripped them a new arse. She left them and Celtic without a leg to stand on.

Her client was awarded substantial damages against Celtic.

It would appear that their is no appetite within the governing football authority or the justice secretary to address this national disgrace, simply ignore the situation and hope it goes away. Their priorities don't include decades of abuse carried out by one of the largest clubs in football. However society in general must take responsibility for allowing such an outrage to become acceptable. Just carry on regardless, nothing to see here? Makes any self respecting individual sick to the stomach.
 
I saw an interview with Dame Margaret Hodge the other night with her going on about government "transparency" and "accountability". For anyone that doesn't remember her cover up of paedophiles, read the article below. This was a very senior politician and it seems attitudes haven't changed much.

That’s some story LorPak and reeks of backhanders to keep mouths shut and predators happy , Frightening to think people in authority could knowingly allow this to go on . The question is WHY ? Why did Savile carry on doing what he liked to anybody he liked while those in power did NOTHING about it ? Why was he made a Papal Knight ? What did he do to to earn such a so called honour ? Why is there no public outcry to investigate CFC fully to find the TRUTH of how large the paedo ring at the shit hole really was ? Why are those in power looking the other way and not wanting to know the reason why it went on for so many years ? What have they all got to hide and what keeps them in such a mute state when CFC get’s mentioned ? Hats off to those Islington Councillors who eventually exposed the paedophile ring that was exposed there , hopefully the members on FF will soon be getting well earned praise for all the hard work and effort they have put in trying to get justice for the victims of CFC Boy’s Club , you all know who you are and I wish you all every success getting justice for all those unfortunate victims . Please remember what our aim is. A full independent inquiry into everything that has gone on. I believe this could serve our purpose well. The sickening thing about the press is there has been industrial scale child abuse at Celtic and the corrupt Scottish press have said next to nothing.

What we want to see now is if the scum at the BBC are willing to bring anymore stories out on Celtic. I’ll remind you again that what they have done is on an industrial scale and attempted to cover it up. What we are seeing now is the first 20 test cases as previously mentioned coming to light. This has a long way to go yet believe me.

There is only one club that will suffer badly when the full independent inquiry begins. This today changes nothing for us in the background.


The interesting thing now will be if the BBC want to start reporting on what’s gone on at Celtic. Our fight to bring justice to all victims will continue.

I don't think he has tbh. This is the first time the phrase cover up has been printed by the media and ironically it's a story involving us yet there has been 5 convictions of cfc staff and they've never used the phrase cover up. This is very very sinister in my opinion and they'll probably say it was a problem for all Scottish football and move on.

How would you know if there was or wasn't? The media and authorities won't divulge that info. I'd think there is a swelling public outcry but it's growth is hampered by the groups mentioned distracting and diminishing it's coverage.
 
Keep p up the good fight lads, its all about justic for the innocent even if we have to take a lesson from it. The greater good is more important.

I’m receiving pm’s from various posters saying that’s it, we’re fcked so I’ll answer here. I urge you to look at this from a different perspective.

Our aim is to get a full independent inquiry into all goings on in Scottish football past and present. Tonight I believe Mark Daly has delivered a blessing in disguise rather than what most think, a blow to Rangers football club.

I’ll say it again, that we all knew about Neely. An inquiry will uncover anything untoward at all football clubs. That goes without saying. I believe Daly has just accelerated this process into the public eye again tonight.

@mdingwall posted earlier in the Daly thread that basically said it all. If you haven’t read it then I urge you to do so.
This thread is about bringing that disgusting club in front of an inquiry to answer for their crimes against humanity and their attempted coverups in doing so.

We believe it’s important to keep this thread on the subject of Celtic. As I write this now, there are people in the background firing emails out in all directions reference tonight.

We will no longer accept standard replies from MSP’s and other authorities that we are in contact with. Also remember that tonight was the BBC. Believe me we have a lot more positive contacts than them.

So if I can just reiterate. This thread is about bringing Celtic to justice and all of their apologists in front of an inquiry to answer questions that have yet to be answered. This includes the SNP and especially an under qualified justice secretary.

Only people who know that they themselves are guilty of this crime would remove that clause, that in itself is an inditement that they are guilty of the cover up and is the real explanation for it's removal.

Why remove a Regulation which is currently something which is being considered as being put into law (being in a position of authority and not reporting child abuse when you have been made aware of it). The removal of this clause is nothing other than a further attempt to cover this up, prevent justice being done and prevent Celtic from being subjected to legal action through breaching SFA regulations. We are lucky that there is such a wealth of damning evidence out there from newspaper articles, to copies of the Celtic View, to autobiographies which talk about "open secrets" and players/children/"young people" reporting crimes which went unreported, to NDA's, to airport cafe meetings...I could go on. Celtic's recent use of the term young people in their official statements is also another slightly more subtle attempt at damage limitation, as any internet searches of Celtic and children would not show up their statement.
When posting on here I used to type Ceptic but again that wouldn't show up in a search so I now use their name.
Celtic and the SFA will attempt to sanitise as much of the evidence and as many of the problematic clauses as they can before the sh*t hits the fan in attempts at damage limitation. I'm sure they will get away with removing a fair bit of it and use their PR firm to spin stories and sanitise historically embarrassing articles but there is so much out there they are surely pissing against the wind. Although the clock is ticking much slower than I would like it to, it continues to tick. To all the guilty parties out there, I sincerely hope you have problems sleeping at night :- tick tock tick tock

This thread is about bringing that disgusting club in front of an inquiry to answer for their crimes against humanity and their attempted coverups in doing so.

We believe it’s important to keep this thread on the subject of Celtic. As I write this now, there are people in the background firing emails out in all directions reference tonight.

We will no longer accept standard replies from MSP’s and other authorities that we are in contact with. Also remember that tonight was the BBC. Believe me we have a lot more positive contacts than them.

So if I can just reiterate. This thread is about bringing Celtic to justice and all of their apologists in front of an inquiry to answer questions that have yet to be answered. This includes the SNP and especially an under qualified justice secretary.

Great post again BN94. Reassuring everyone and anyone that the focus remains the same. To get justice for the victims of the heinous, depraved crimes committed against them by that vile club at Kerrydale Street.
Individuals such as yourself have faught tirelessly to bring the perpetrators of these crimes before the justiciary and to allow the victims and their families a form of acceptable closure. Punitive action and footballing sanctions should also follow when the full extent of the criminality and subsequent cover ups are fully exposed.
Keep fighting the good fight mate. There are hundreds of us who look in on this thread and have nothing but admiration for your tenacity and determination to see justice done.
 
My thoughts with this new story coming out that the victims and their families must not know whether their coming or going I hope our club push for a full independent enquiry so they can find out the truth they must be sick to the stomach they need to get some sort of justice and soon well done to you all on this thread for helping move things forward.

Kind words Cooper. Please be assured that it’s not just me. There are some very intelligent people in the background who are fighting for justice. One day we will be able to show this forum what we have actually achieved.

In no way are we finished or anywhere near it. There have been ups and downs and many obstacles put in our way. The corruption in this country we believe goes deep. We will continue for how long it takes.
 
With reference to yesterday's B.B.C. report by Mark Daly, Rangers are correct it's sensationalist propaganda that's probably been conjured up by a combination of lawwell/ Hollicom/ msm journalist's & the B.B.C. to deflect the heat from them.

Can Rangers verify that this guy who was talking to Daly last night was part of a youth team at the club at the time he claims he was interfered with? Could Graeme Souness or Walter Smith be contacted for information that would hopefully defend the club? Strathclyde Police at the time, could have lost accidentally or deliberately any logged report during the move from Pitt Street to Dalmarnock, let's not forget Celtic's ring, there is dark forces at work to protect them and besmirch our name.

Not for one minute defending Neely, but what they said last night the boy had his shorts pulled down and put across Neely's knee, he was waiting on a smack which never came. Recently a Celtic youth coach Michael Murphy was dismissed for inappropriate behaviour, was this behaviour on a par with Neely's?, was Neely's behaviour inappropriate or the same as Murphy's? Why not the same intense focus by the B.B.C. on that recent case? I would say proof of an agenda?
There was no physical penetration by Neely according to the boy, Rangers state that when the parents complained Neely was grilled and then dismissed on admission.

Did the parents ask for no police involvement? Were the police contacted but no official details were put on the system? Were official details logged by someone now retired or deceased and have now been tampered with, reference the S.F.A. section removed, reporting abuse as highlighted yesterday? If Rangers were asked to report the incident to the police and failed to do so, that is of concern, but as it stands it's all here say.

Conjecture is in my opinion the basis of the B.B.C. report as there are too many grey areas, 6 lines from the Rangers News at the time do not constitute us to be tarred with the same brush, which they so vehemently crave.

If there was a request not to publicise at the time due to maybe the parents or the boy wishing to keep out the public eye, then why would anyone at Rangers News know the circumstances, it would be the natural thing to wish well anyone, like a coach, leaving to pursue other avenues.

As I said previously there is a big difference in the severity between what allegedly happened at our club and the systematic physical abuse at the scum premises. They're trying to put a different slant on it and dress it up but in reality it's nothing really that wasn't already out there.

The B.B.C. though are a disgrace and the bias is blatant, in their report it should have highlighted when mentioning Hutcheson Vale and Hibs, that he only ended up at Rangers due to the failure of disclosure by Hibs. Rangers can't be held accountable for someone like him being employed due to the silence of Hibs.

Same for this Harry Dunn guy if he's not exposed then how can you be responsible, unlike them we never knowingly employed a paedophile.

Carry on for a full Independent Public Inquiry.

They can muddy the waters, smoke screen the events at other clubs, not condoning inappropriate behaviour in any shape or form but surely anyone of integrity can see through this reporting for what it is (a sham). Tackle the real problem, the club with convicted paedophiles, the staff members who knew and went to great lengths to protect the brand rather than the welfare of youth players. The professional international players who did not speak out at such vile behaviour . Employees who encouraged their sons and relative's to be recruited and amongst the deviant individuals responsible. Lots of uncomfortable stuff for a lot of individuals associated with Celtic FC, past and present. Hopefully the truth will come out?
 
All on here who are taking up the good fight. I feel this is a bit of an attempt to push you all back regarding this.
I just wanted to come on to say,keep up the good work you are all doing and the results will eventually come. It was never going to be easy and setbacks are always going to happen. This is a fight against powerful people who will fight till the bitter end.
I'd like to be able to contribute more,but all this is out of my scope and needs left to people,who may I say,seem to be very professional and good at what they do.

I am posting this to show readers what can happen to paedos in North America. In Toronto, we had an RC School run by the Basilian Bros where a pupil was abused by team mates using a broom handle. Today the pupil has launched a legal suit for $1.65 million against the school The perp and THE RC SCHOOL BOARD Compare this to Scotland and its paedo cases where the Government looks to have colluded with the RC Church to hush this up.
