Are that delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes? Can anyone help? Waiting on one for my son for trophy day! Any assistance, would be greatly appreciated!

I ordered 2 lots, both on day we won league. 3.06pm order arrived today, still waiting on other one I ordered at 3.41pm same day.
Castore certainly need to work on distribution process going by some of the threads on here.
My neighbour ordered 2 before me and ive had mine for over a week and he hasnt got his yet,it came by royal mail
What's the quality like please?
I ordered on the day they came out but just missed out on the 1st batch. I was hoping Castore would have tried to ‘delight’ us and exceed expectations so that even the second batch tops would be here for trophy day.
