I could be wrong and without cheking, that doesn't look like the Broomloan Rd end at Ibrox to me. There's clear light at the top right of the picture, which would appear to be an exit about four/five barriers up.

Yes looks like the corner of the west terrace (celtic end) and Centenary stand
Yes that is the Broomloan Rd terracing. That part of the terracing where it met what was the Centenary Stand was lower. Below is an earlier pic giving a bit of an idea of what I mean by lower.
