Rangers 1-0 Moscow Dynamo, friendly match, 16th November 1970. 18 months before Barcelona Rangers beat the Russians in a match at Ibrox that was played to commemorate the famous 1945 game 25 years earlier. There was a crowd of 60,000 - not bad for a friendly that was played on a cold November Monday night! Derek Johnstone scores the winner in this photo:

There was a debate on here a couple of weeks back about the time Hearts wore an Ajax style top. Here it is, seen in a match at Ibrox in December 1972 (Derek Parlane and John Greig are the Rangers players of course):

A guess that it looks like John Prentice who was a manager when I was young. Falkirk I think.
