Clyde SSB Funeral Procession

Hilarious stuff.
Good young Scottish talent going to EPL should be lauded but being made out to be a pantomime villain.
Beta mentality. If our league stands any chance of not falling in line with the likes of Montenegro or Armenia we need to keep our young talents. We can’t be the EPL’s own personal cock sleeve

This isn't a new thing.
Good Scottish talent has been going to England for 50 years. We arrested that briefly in the 80s when they were banned from Europe.

You’d think this kid was the reincarnation of a young Gaza or Laudrup. He’s a prospect ffs.
Guessing Norwich fans will be assuming he’ll be loaned out to the Championship as they have serious money to spend.
That asides its side splitting stuff on Radio RC today.

Maybe they could loan him to them so they stop their whining

They moan that the lad won’t get game time for Norwich ergo he’s making a mistake. Have to laugh at this given the way scum fc have treated similar players in the past. Good luck to him at Norwich.

Short program, but so far it's been a mentally challenged procession of woe. Guidi is on and is sick as a pig. "Sellick was the best move for the young man. Hope he doesn't get homesick. Only 19 and 30 appearances, was asking for too much money. Sellick correct to refuse. Unrealistic demands".

Hilarity.

No mention of the Edmundson deal going through, unlike the breaking news when Turnbull "agreed fee".
If Norwich are paying what is agents were looking for how is he asking for too much? Septic are also quite correct to baulk at the wages if they consider them greater than they wish to pay, but don’t play a blame game.

The difficulty is not Turnbull or his agent but the fact that they can’t or won’t engage at what is considered the going rate.

And that whole magnificent , fantastic offer statement , they are a laughing stock .

Every caller tonight talked about the Turnbull situation, but they want you to believe they don't care.

The pain was oozing out of Guidi. He was like a child who didn't get what he wanted for Christmas.
Or even more so in his case second helpings after dinner :D

the mentally challengeds can console themselves with the thought that had they a high profile manager in charge of them, say perhaps rafa benitez, then the likes of turnbull would be jumping at the chance to join them, but of course they dont have rafa ,they have a half jaiked unstable clown who throws his players under a bus with great regularity, so lets sit back and watch the fume

Well I hope the lad has a wonderful season as the mentally challenged hoards will be stalking his every move, full of bitter hatred!

Mark says that motherwell have done a great job cashing in as they had a hot prospect on thier hands and he could have broken a leg so best to cash in now

However he also feels that the player would have been better accepting the offer from them - even if Norwich have offered more as the money will follow if he plays well and fulfills his potential.

Unless of course Mark, he breaks his leg.
You have just tanned Mark's arse.

It’s a wake-up call for the filth, but most of them are too thick/brainwashed to know it yet. For years they’ve flashed their cash at Scottish clubs who have been only too willing to bend over and take a reaming from them. Suddenly, the landscape has changed.

St Brenda has gone. To Leicester! A kick in the teeth for their brain-dead followers who assumed he’d be there until Real/Barca/Man City came calling. They were forced to confront the reality of being subordinate to a provincial English club mired in mid-table mediocrity.

The replacement is TLB, who only got pass-marks after the implosion at Ibrox in 2012. Until then he’d been schooled by Sir Walter and even McCoist was getting the better of him until admin. His record at Bolton and the spoonburners is also abysmal and yet he’s been handed the keys to the Saviledome for a second time instead of a “big name”. Considering they were wetting themselves
at the prospect of welcoming CL winners Benitez or Mourinho, that’s a hell of an anti-climax.

Then there’s the mythical £45m war chest. Constantly referred to by the hard of thinking but has yet to be spotted. Last year saw zero net investment in their squad, the money received for dumbellend was spent on Eduoard but their other acquisitions were loans or cheap deals. No marquee signings, which is odd for a club with an apparent mountain of cash. Especially when an extra million would have secured McGinn, a drop in the ocean if you believe their PR. Here we are again, 12 months later and the same thing has happened with Turnbull and (apparently) Aribo. Anyone would think that maybe they don’t have a mountain of cash lying around, possibly due to an astronomical wage bill and the need to hoard cash for some legal proceedings. Not to mention the refurbishment/rebuild of their stadium which is fast approaching the end of its originally projected 25 year lifespan.

So there we have it - a club who have ongoing and ever-increasing legal problems with a disastrous effect on their reputation, a new manager whose only success was when their biggest rivals were removed from the league, a massive wage bill to service and reduce, an aging squad which requires a big rebuild, a stadium which is crumbling and a support which refuses to accept any of this and reacts hysterically the moment the slightest thing goes wrong.

If we get our recruitment right this summer and if they fail to make the CL this year, we could bury them for many years to come.

dunno if any you guys watched the scotland v Argentina game on bbc Iplayer .halftime arrived and Gordon and English were talking about the Turnbull to Norwich. gordon was giving it is he going to get a game at Norwich and the usual why is he going there ...they are hurting

Keevins tomorrow will have to be Kissinger esque in his backtracking. He usually picks a word of the day that he repeats incessantly with a weird pronunciation but he might need two or three of those tomorrow.
What’s more I think Hugh Keevins knew and didn’t speak up about the sexual abuse at Celtic FC.
