Clydebank vs Elgin City

Played with and against a few of the lads in the Clydebank team. All decent players.

I think in the next few years you'll find a lot of former junior sides getting into League 2 and above. Some of them have a bigger support and have a lot more money than the L1/L2 teams.

A lot of guys who play junior could easily play up a few levels but choose not to either because of money or because in L1/L2 the travelling can be a nightmare. Trips to Stranraer/Montrose/Arbroath etc.

That's a fair point but Ross County players managed it well enough when they got in to the leagues.

Maybe they wanted it more. I can only go by the 2 lads I know that were with Elgin and moved back to the HL
