My methods for coaching an amateur team for a bit were pretty much fitness based and basic but suited to the lazy barstewards I was dealing with!

A couple of the staff used to run a sweep who would spew first at pre season,and it was always the eejit that thought it was a good idea to have a full dinner before attending

We have an absolute top coach in Beale. The amount of dedication he has shown over his career to improve his own knowledge is unbelievable. The guy is ahead of the curve imo,and as much as I'll miss SG when he moves on I'm more concerned about Beale leaving.
