From that angle defender appears to clear it before the ball crosses goal line Linesman must have given it as well or surely ref would've consulted him

You couldn't be a 100% certain from that footage, but the defenders feet compared to the line, and the diameter of a match ball would certainly suggest that all the ball did not cross the line.

From that angle its hard to say, but just based on the defenders position in the goalmouth it didn't look over to me
