When asked on Rangers Tv who he would compare himself to..
"I can't say Rio Ferdinand, I'm not that good.
Let's say a really bad Rio Ferdinand."
Bit harsh on himself and a strange quote?
Guy with a sense of humour?
I’d love to be a professional player for our club but the one thing that I’d struggle to cope with is that every single word you say is scrutinised to the nth degree with people looking for a hidden message/agenda..... and that’s just our own fans
Disgraceful, let's sack him for this
Seems to be the theme for today.......
I did say " a bit harsh on himself.."
No negativity in my posts.
So he's Anton then? When asked on Rangers Tv who he would compare himself to..

I'd agree with that.At one point, I'd say Ferdinand was the best in the world. Certainly the most complete cb England's ever had.
Brighton play at the AMEX now mateExactly!
Gerrard out and replace Goldstone now!
None at all. Aim high.I'd agree with that.
No harm in what Goldson is saying.
Me too.Rio was a decent player. I think Connor is doing himself a disservice with that quote though.....
was thinking the sameThink he’s just being humble. I see it as Ferdinand is a player he aspires to be but he believes he’s nowhere near someone of that level.

I like big Goldson as a defender but I'm convinced he is susceptible to at least 1 outer body experience every time he plays. Where his brain/spirit deserts him for 30 seconds and he's floating in the air looking at his body on the pitch doing something inexplicable.
It happened again today where he had the ball and was acting like he was all alone in a spacious meadow taking in the breathtaking scenery that he forgot he was in in a football match with an opponent snapping at his ankles.
