Cracking thread as always...are Cerro Porteno a real threat to CARP? They did knock out San Lorenzo and got some good group results too.

Porteno should give River a good game, but you just know there is going to be another River - Boca tie so it should be an easy win.

Best team I have seen is Internacional. They look really good.

Oh, and stop stirring with the Boca crap. :))

It's a joke based on traditional FF tropes re the BA teams*

*And is true :)

Ah, polluting another Libertadores thread with this shite. Thanks.

Great to see Flamengo go through last night. Got a little soft spot for them since the faint memories of 1981 World Club Championship and the appearance of Zico.

Gremio cruising through 3-0 in Paraguay after an hour. Libertad unable to shoot on target.

We'll be guaranteed a Brazilian team in the Final.

Quito are strong at home, won their 4 games this tournament scoring 11.

Boca, though, have just won 3-0. What a result! Peach of a free-kick from Reynoso for the 2nd. Quito didn't really create too much.

Superclásico semi-final is a little closer!

So looking good for Boca, Palmeiras (Big Phil eh?), and Flamengo. Imagine Fla actually won anything ever....wow.
