In the wife's extended family, there is an Uncle who is Racing fan. His sons said as they grew up this is all they heard about.
Naturally when I met the Uncle, it was also our conversation. He shared my antipathy towards the yahoos, although he acknowledged Johnstone was a good player. He also believed they came from Edinburgh - I thought that was interesting given we're often called Glasgow.
Anyway, thank goodness for that goal.
